The hotel was quite comfortable, in a quiet and peaceful location and we were not bothered by the noise coming from the street or the hotel itself. We had air conditioning which made it easier to stay here on hot summer days. We also took advantage of free parking in the hotel area. The staff spoke English fluently and were very polite and friendly

Everything was ideal. Just an FYI, the bathroom is quite small in size, but it wasn't a problem for our two night stay.

This is indeed old private villa in the garden. That's why the place is absolutely silent. That's why the bathroom is on the coridor, not in tge room. But why not to make a corner for self-catering, like coffee-machine, toster and microwave, with cups and plates?

This place is good !!! I really like that they have a parking space around ! The guy at the night ship is very kind and easy to talk to ! Breakfast also is good and worth the price ! I recommend this to everyone and they are open 24 hours.

Spacious rooms. Excellent room service. Every one speaks English. Great location. Bus stops nearby. An awesome pizzeria 5 min walk from hotel. Peace. Quiet. Highly recommend.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. So accommodating. The whole building was beautifully appointed. So clean.

There is a slight step up going into the bathroom. Slight enough not to notice until you hit your toe on it. It should be brightly painted or some warning.

The place is very good, also clean and nice :) easy to find a place for park the car, the price is so good, the one think that i didint like it was breakfast, nothing to eat exept just breads and buns :)

The hotel staff helped us! Although the check-in was from 16 to 18, we arrived at 21, but they made an exception for us! Great services! Thank you!

They waited for us to check in late. Parking in front of the hotel. The neighborhood was quiet. It is a good area. Not so far from Venice. Breakfast ok.

Location, near the bus station to Venice. Also, apartments were comfortable. Staff very friendly.
