Clean and simple. This was a great place to stay while exploring the Venice area - easy walk to the train station and buses to get to Venice and the airport. The staff are incredibly hard-working and helpful.

Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like, but commenting for awareness that this is a more industrial/working neighborhood and an older hotel building. It is not a fancy Venetian resort and there are some little things in need of upgrading. It was perfect for what I needed - a safe and clean place to sleep for an excellent value, with easy access to transport.

the hotel is exactly what it claims to be..a 3* with all you need...daily cleaning service...clean towels, shampoo etc...clean bathroom...pleasant in terms of temperature in the room... mattress OK pillows comfortable...staff very helpful and kind...value for money..i was staying during carnival festive period and the offer was a real bargain...very close to Mestre train station..literally 5-6 min..supermarket on the main street...bus stop to Venice P. Roma around the corner, 15min with frequent service...bus stop to both airports very close 6-7 min...safe area as it is next to main str. Piave...recommended ..

my room was not as per the selection of photos published...a bit out dated but well maintained...other room types look renovated...bathroom very clean but narrow...

The location was perfect for my visit to Venice . Bus ,supermarket cafes literally 2 mins down my street. 10 min walk to bus /train station for airport travel or other cities . My single room was spacious n spotless and comfortable. Receptionist Julia very helpful and lovely ! She looked out for me and always smiling .

Honestly suited my needs for my trip no dislikes . Mestre is very much a local neighbourhood, very authentic and felt part of the community and very safe , only 15 mins into Venice .

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The location was ideal, although some dodgy people on the way from the train station but that’s like every train station.

The girl on arrival was so unfriendly, wasn’t welcoming at all and didn’t smile, she barely looked at us. The breakfast was mediocre, there were very limited savoury options, all of the pastries were filled with chocolate or sugar. You had to heat up the toaster and machine to boil eggs before using it which took over 10 mins, this was not great when we were in a hurry to get into Venice for tours, one morning I gave up and had a yogurt. Also the food was of very poor quality, juices were very sugary also, so really no healthy breakfast options.

I chose the hotel based on its location. I wanted a place that was close to Venice Mestri train station, an easy taxi ride to the airport the next day, and (bonus) an easy bus ride into Venice for our last dinner in Italy. Hotel Roberta met all the criteria plus it had nice rooms and a great breakfast option (with cash payment). The hotel is near a park which had a great rock concert going on while we were there which we could barely hear from our room so that means the window shutters were great.

The location is great—in the center, close to the train station, but not noisy, and there is not a lot of traffic around. They accept pets without special requests and with no extra charges, which was great as we started looking for accommodation relatively late, with no time to wait for a positive answer to our request. It is great that there are two nice parks 200 m from the hotel, which was great for taking our dog for a walk in the evening and in the morning. The hotel has no own parking, however, there were a lot of available parking slots on the street in front of the hotel and in the neighboring streets, reasonably priced. The staff was friendly. The rooms were tidy, clean, not too big or luxurious, but decent and good value for the money.

Nothing really to mention.

A good selection of fresh fruit, cold and hot beverages, breads and pastries. There were also eggs, cheese and ham, jams and cereals. The room was larger than expected, dark curtains to restrict morning sun, fine nets to help repel mozzis, large bathroom, fresh towels daily, a safe in the wardrobe. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The whole place was spotlessly clean. A little gem of a place close to the railway station.

Lights above the mirror not working. A little road noise at night my partner tells me, but as I'm deaf it didn't bother me.

Good location and customer serwis from the personel.

Lack of kettle and coffee in the room. For 3 star hotel this is rather expected. Feedback for booking.com - not the hotel itself. Absolutely shocking and poor customer serwis, lack of any emphaty at all. Will never use or recommend booking.com due to their approach to my situation. My resetvation was booked in advance in Venice itself and cancelled by them 3 weeks before my holiday, despite the fact that I could not cancel myself?! They left my on "ice" without any willingness to help, reduce price on other much more expensive then places. I heard from manager that "I can go to court". Ridiculuss behavior !!! I recomend to attend customer serwis trainings.

We stayed there as an alternative to staying in Venice and it was a nice Hotel to stay at. It was priced well relative to other hotels in the area. The room was well kept and it was not far from the station which was great too. Getting into Venice took no time using the train.

This isn't specifically relevant to the hotel but Mestre seemed a bit dingy, in general, so just be aware of that if you decide to stay there. We were just a bit careful coming back at night as I'd heard there is a bit of crime around there, sometimes.

The full service with the full smile managed by very kind and friendly members of Chinese community; very clean and comfortable and well decorated. Complete daily room service. Everybody was always ready to answer our questions and to satisfy our needs

It has nothing to do with the hotel itself but of course it is located in the Central Station area with a typical station atmosphere, but no worries and is is only about 100 meters!!
