Nice hotel, clean, spacious room, if a little bear on the walls, nice size bathroom and good shower. Pleasant touch having the tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was general but good, we also ate supper there twice and the food was very acceptable. A big advantage is the proximity, just a few minutes walk from two bus stops and Mestre station which gets you into Venice in 10/15 mins. I had requested a quiet room so we were away from the road, overlooking the carpark which enabled us to sleep well. I would probably recommend this hotel.

A few silly things that just annoyed a little! I found the lighting in the room very poor, def could not read at night, no info on the local area or Venice, although the staff were helpful if you asked. We did have one hard chair but there was plenty of room to have a second comfy chair and perhaps a picture or two on the walls , it was rather bear and heartless but clean.

Multiple transportation close to the location, bus to Venice from Durando and Rizzardi 2-4 minutes away, and the train station, 6 min by foot. They have an elevator, which is phenomenal after walking all day long. Decent breakfast, a bit from everything you may want. Specious room and bathroom, daily cleaning. I had an issue with our hair dryer, but the staff was extremely kind and changed it with a new one the next day, which worked better than expected. Smiling staff and we felt welcomed.

A bit noisy since it is on the corner of the street and they've also worked at the road in the morning. The shower cabin could have been a bit bigger (squared), with a different bath layout. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow was a bit too stiff for me and I woke up with a neck pain.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It was nice to have a balcony.

Shower gel was a joke. We got just two tiny sachets for two people to share over four days. The toilet paper was that cheap, linty-ass kind that falls apart. This is supposed to be a hotel in Italy, but there wasn't a single packet of instant coffee in the room. We only had tea for the kettle, as if we were in England. The breakfast was poor and exactly the same every single day. It also starts quite late, at 7:45 AM. A friendly tip for the kitchen: Eggs can also be served fried, not just boiled or scrambled.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable. There was large buffet breakfast consisting of all nutritious edible items. The staff were very professional and helpful in explaining everything about travel and how to get about the city. Shahadat was very kind and so was another gentleman at the reception. This review would not be complete without mention of Martina who was exceptional in providing us with maps , directions and other helpful tips. Our thanks to all of them for making our stay at this hotel a pleasant one

The accommodation was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We had two double rooms for one night, but the hotel kindly let us park for two full days. That allowed us to enjoy an evening in Venice without any worries, as our car was safely parked in a gated courtyard and the bus to Venice (just a 10-minute ride) stopped only a few meters from the hotel. The next day, even after check-out, we were allowed to leave our car parked, which made it possible to enjoy another beautiful, stress-free day in the city. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept perfectly. Breakfast was excellent – they even had homemade tiramisu, which was fantastic! The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you – I’m really glad we chose this hotel. When I come back to Venice, I won’t consider staying anywhere else. Staying in Mestre near the bus stop is a very convenient option.

The hotel is well situated for trips to Venice, with quick access to public transport and a large on-site parking area. The restaurant serves good quality food, with a focus on Italian and seafood dishes — convenient if you don’t want to leave the hotel in the evening. Rooms are clean, bright, and offer enough space. Bathrooms are in good condition. The overall standard matches what you’d expect from a three-star property. Staff at the reception are friendly and willing to help with practical matters like local directions or early breakfast if needed. Some elements could use attention — for example, air conditioning vents and the lack of mosquito screens were mentioned by other guests. The building is not new, but maintenance seems adequate. Overall, this is a functional and well-located option for visiting Venice, especially if you’re looking for a place with parking and on-site dining.

We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel in Venice. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the local bus station, making it very convenient for travelers. The young man at reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He provided us with a map and clear directions on how to reach the city center, which made getting around much easier. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortably cool when we arrived. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We also really appreciated the secure parking. The hotel has a private, enclosed backyard with ample space for cars—perfect for those traveling by car. Breakfast was a pleasant, offering everything we needed and more. Overall, a great experience—we’d happily stay here again!

If we had to mention one small downside, it would be the room fridge, while it is waiting for replacement as we have heard—not quite cold enough for our needs. However, the kind hotel staff went above and beyond, offering to store our items in their backup fridge and even placed our cooling pads in their freezer. That level of service really made a difference.

Location of the hotel was the best thing. If you're coming to Venice with a car, this hotel is your best choice. 😊 Private and safe hotel parking. You're less than 10 minutes by foot from the Mestre train station from which you have trains to Venice Santa Lucia station every 5 to 10 minutes. The ride lasts less than 10 minutes. Accommodation was clean and sufficient for a short stay, not overly expensive. Good value for money, especially since breakfast was included in the price.

Room was a bit on the smaller side in my opinion, but we were barely there, so in the end I didn't mind as much.

The eecepriibust Salvatore was very welconing during the check in. The roon was modernly designed with a kettke and tea. There was nit a safe in the room so we used the reception for our belongigs. The shower was fine but there was not a place to put the soap. The bottles of soap were very tiny. With no other toaltries. The hotel was quiet with gokd connections to Venice. There are 2 supermarkets near the hotel. It is close to Mestre central train station. There is a nice fish restaurant at the hotel but we did dine there. The breakfast was decent and icmude vegtabls, imkettes, ham cheese cakes and yoghurts and fruits. Good coffee.

No place for soap.

We stayed just one more night at this hotel as it was on our way, and it was more than satisfactory. It's great that the hotel has its own parking, and the train station is just a 5-minute walk away, with Venice being only about 15 minutes away—extremely convenient. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was huge. The only downside was that water leaked terribly from the shower, and the entire bathroom ended up flooded because of it. The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and polite, all praise for them. The breakfast could be better, but it was decent, with a variety of options to choose from.
