I Loved the Personal family feel of the place, though it is old but well maintained, one could feel the warmth and love put into the hotel. I also loved that it was a quiet town and not packed with people/tourists. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly.

They have a shared bathroom. It was kept clean and neat at all times, but it can be an inconvenience for some women. But it was not terrible, and one can easily look past that.

Good location, nice breakfast. The room was spacious and clean. There was also a big balcony.

There wasn't hotel's parking, so left the car overnight at butchers shops parking. Hope nobody was angry about that. The street was full of cars, so otherwise it was only possible to park it somewhere far from the hotel.

The room was big with a balcony overlooking the streets! The room was very clean and neat. The checkout time of 11:00 am is very convenient.

The shower water did not drain fast enough and water got on to the bathroom floor.

Stayed in Chenno for two nights with a group of musicians from Ukraine The location is superb - Subbiano is a quiet and beatiful town. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast is basic but very good - coffee, youghurt, toasts and a very tasty cake! Thank you for your hospitality and sorry for us being too loud on the first night!:)

The breakfast was simple, but good and the location is perfect if you want to spend a night before going to Florence. The restauration is very good. We ate delicious pasta's there.
