Hosts Alessio and Paola were so friendly and accommodating nothing was any trouble for them. They are lovely people who made our stay a wonderful experience. This properly has beautiful scenery and is a great place for relaxing and some downtime. The rooms were very clean, and the entire property is so well kept. The pool area has plenty of sun lounges and shade umbrellas. The Breakfast selection was great and the amount of food was more than enough. The food/drinks available throughout the day was also an added bonus. We would definitely love to return to this property.

There was nothing we didn’t like

The property is beautiful and very well maintained clean, elegant, and with the charm of a villa that feels like a small château. The pool is absolutely phenomenal, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Tuscan atmosphere.

The only downside is that the property doesn’t have a restaurant for dinner, so you need to drive to find dining options. The drive to the city isn’t far, but at night it can be a bit more of a challenge.

It was really clean and comfortable rooms and bed. The pool is really nice infonity and so clean!! It is a pleasure to swim, perfect cool temperature to take a swim and refresh. Nice view, as it is situated on a small hill. Rooms had soundproof new windows and everything seems new.

It was a bit sterile, the service was friendly but desinterested and not very well suited for the job. It has service at the pool, which we did not know in the beginning. The biggest problem is that there is no possibility to eat at the hitel or nextby. But we found a great place to eat 11 minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast is a la carte but some things we ordered got lost. You have a nice view while breakfast. I was missing candles or some feeling for detail for that price. When you are lying at the pool, cars are coming in and out the property quite close above you. This disturbs a little the romantic feeling of solitude but they are normallly not loud and slow.

The host was amazing and helped us with a late arrival. Sent a person to open the gate and check us in to the property. The location was amazing - a slice of heaven in Tuscany. The breakfast was great with a full set of choices with breads, meats and juices and coffees. The lady was very accommodating with refills. It was served in an open area. We met an elderly couple who were travelling from Germany as well and we spent a good 2 hours chatting. This is a must visit location.

Everything was great. Only downside was that the property closes down around 9 pm. So makes sense to plan accordingly.

Hostess was fabulous,very attentive. Lunches, breakfasts superb gazing at peaceful countryside. There is a piano.👍Service is really good(but stops at 1730). Beautiful pool with great sunloungers and bar service. Short drive to Arezzo, which has a lot of parking. Quality of accommodation is really good. Very clean and quiet.

The only thing is just that there's no evening meal, meaning you have to drive to restaurants. However this turned into a positive as we discovered some beautiful Tuscan restaurants.

Fabulous location in the Tuscan countryside, very quiet and perfect to relax. Very nice swimming pool with good smell of lavender coming from the plants around the perimeter of the swimming pool where you can order a drink from the kind owners of the structure. Room was clean and the whole villa is very beautiful, very much appreciated also the breakfast, good variety with a marvelous view. Consigliatissimo!

The breakfast was fantastic! The staff were so lovely, views and location were perfect and we absolutely cannot wait to come back! The gardens were pristine and the communal pool area was stunning. Could not ask for more!

I wish we stayed longer!

Quiet area, stunning view, the room was spacious, very clean, breakfast was served personally, with plenty of fresh pastries, fruit and everything we asked for. Great service. Very polite. Suitable for those who want to travel around the Arezzo

A beautiful property in an incredible setting. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The property has recently been lovingly restored into a perfect small bed and breakfast hotel. We also enjoyed an excellent lunch on their terrace. There is a great choice of restaurants in nearby Arezzo but a car is needed.

We loved everything.

We would come back every time. Despite the hotel being beautiful for itself and the landscape as well - the lovely staff is taking care of everything. Very good starting point as well to discover the most spots in tuscany. If you want peace and a relaxed stay this is your choice.
