We loved Hotel Europa. The rooms are large and have comfy beds. The location is perfect - close to everything! 5 minutes from the Old City and 5 minutes from the commercial center featuring the latest Italian fashions. But the piece de resistance and heart of the hotel is its staff - I was very impressed at their pro-customer approach at all times. From little things like welcoming you back to the hotel every time you come back to more complex issues which required going out of their way to help. We really appreciated everything and wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Europa.

The duplex room had a beautiful view of the sea. It was spacious with stairs that led to the upper half of the room. There were separate bathrooms for both floors which I appreciated. My initial flights were cancelled and the staff were amazing and accommodated the change in dates without issue. The breakfast was good too and the hotel was well located with easy access to the old town and new.

The room upstairs only had one accessible plug so charging multiple phones simultaneously was not a possibility. There were a couple of cobwebs on the ceiling but I appreciate it was a difficult to reach area.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Europa and can recommend it. My room was large, comfortable, very quiet and well equipped with plenty of storage space and a large writing table – and bathrobe and slippers. Staff were all exceptionally welcoming, attentive and helpful and offered me a welcome drink. Breakfast was plentiful and offered good choices. Hotel Europa is in a perfect location close to the Aragonese Castle and the Archaeological Museum. It’s a flat 1.9km walk from the railway station, which I did in both directions with my luggage. For more convenience there is a bus stop near the hotel.

Some of the rooms at the hotel are split-level with a steep narrow staircase. Guests with mobility issues may want to request a single-level room at time of booking.

The hotel was in a great location, close to everything. Upon arrival, a welcoming drink was offered at the bar and water was also available in the room. The room was great and had two levels, with the bedroom upstairs and a bathroom on both levels. The choices at breakfast were extensive and you could request eggs to be freshly cooked. A bathrobe and slippers were available.

The lighting in the shower area upstairs was quite low.

The location and the breakfast is perfect. Our room was pretty large and comfortable with a little balcony overlooking the sea. The reception staff is very friendly. They helped us find an open “rent a car” company during Ferragosto holiday.

There were two bathrooms but one of them had a toilet with a broken flush. However because we had another toilet, it wasn’t a big issue. Also the shower head couldn’t stay still and it was wobbling depending on the water pressure. If you turn on the water too much, the shower head would go up and wet the ceiling. Otherwise the pressure wouldn’t be enough and the shower head would fall down, so you have to be precise with the pressure.

Superb location in the center of Taranto. Very professional and friendly staff who helped us park in the nearby garage after opening hours, as we were being a little late due to traffic. Got an upgrade on the family room as well. Very nice breakfast buffet also.

We had nothing to complain about.

With big twin room .. and it’s very beautiful.. and beds are very comfortable.. quit nice place in the city center . And receptionist DONATA , she is very kind and very helpful..with a nice smile

Same buffet .. same foods .. only we didn’t like it .. must change the food variety .. that’s all

The location is great. Staff friendly. Has a wonderful atmosphere. Room was well maintained with everything I needed. Would stay again

The room was fine, but odd. Both of my colleagues got rooms with a view. despite booking the same type I got the courtyard with a great view of the block next door.

Location Very large rooms we had the corner panoramic view it was fantastic 3 double beds One upstairs 2 downstairs. 2 bathrooms ample room for clothing Breakfast was also excellent Pity we just booked one night We highly recommend this fantastic hotel with so very helpful staff we hope we’ll visit again soon

Everything decor location breakfast

Nice hotel at the channel to the historic city center across the Castello Aragonese very close to downtown. The breakfast was really good and the staff very kind.

There are only 5 parking slots assigned to the hotel and parking in downtown is a nightmare. I had a suite over 2 floors with a bed on each level. A couch, 2 chairs and a table in the ground floor instead of the second bed would upgrade the whole suite and made it far beyond just an accommodation to sleep.
