We stayed 28th-30th august 24 Very highly recommend this B&B! Absolutely stunning place to stay with beautiful views! The best view for us was Valentino Rossi motor ranch!!! Which is close to the B&B Nicola is amazing very warm welcome when we arrived we instantly felt comfortable we were given lots of useful information on arrival recommendations of places and restaurants to visit. Nicola was a fantastic host, Nothing was to much trouble for him, he even very kindly became our taxi one evening so we could have a bottle or 2 of wine! Breakfast was lovely all fresh with lots of variety & choices! Room was great very clean and comfortable! Good size clean bathroom with hairdryer available. No air conditioning but don’t be put off by that the ceiling fan was great at helping us keep cool and it was very hot, 30+ degrees during our stay and we were very comfortable. Guests have use of a fridge, kettle and microwave in a well equipped kitchen for guests. We had a wonderful stay an was very sad to leave!

Stayed here on a small trip for the Rossi pilgrimage. What an absolutely amazing find. Perfectly situated in the beautiful hills. If you are a Rossi fan, it has a perfect view of his ranch and track. The host, Nicola, is very attentive and helpful. The property itself is very old, original with the perfect exposure to life in the Italian countryside. It is one of the most relaxing stays we've ever had. Wish we had more time here.

We recently stayed for 1 night so we could visit Tavulia, the hometown of Valentino Rossi. What an absolutely wonderful stay we had. The host Nickola was so welcoming and kind and definately made us feel at home. The property is well kept and the room spotlessly clean with a private bathroom and comfy bed. The breakfast served in the garden was amazing and it was so nice to hear about the history of the family & buildings. A great location in the quiet and pretty country side and within an 18 minute drive is Cattolica, an amazing beachside town with beautiful restaurants and sunsets. For all VR46 fans, the property offers a view of the VR46 ranch which was pretty amazing. We had a fabulous stay and look forward to visiting again one day :)

Nicola was a fabulous host and took good care of us. Due to our late arrival, he kindly made us a reservation for dinner in a lovely restaurant overlooking the castle of Gardara. It was a lovely setting. Nicola prepared our breakfast and was very attentive to our needs.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful old house, nice, very clean rooms, incredible breakfast (homemade breads and cake, beautiful arranged on the table in the garden), rooms were of simple standard but very clean and nicely decorated (little bit Boho-Style) with a wonderful terrace and garden. Very good price-performance-ratio. The children loved the little playground in the garden. The host ist a wonderful, caring person, who gave us great tips for trips in the region. We will be back! What a stay! The location is so beautiful, a beautiful doggy and a lovely host! We felt so welcome and looked after.

The view, the stay it was clean and friendly

The place can really give you the scent of Italy " el.dolce far neinte" : clean, nice details , respect for nature, excellent breakfast( the best cappuccino that I ever tasted ) places outside where you can relax.( you can see the " Ranch " where V.Rossi is having fun with the team ) And of course, talking with the owner : Nicola- has great stories and together with a glas of frizzante is the best choise we could possibly have done.

Beautiful location next door to Valentino Rossi's Ranch, characterful property and a wonderful host. Nicola made us feel like family and was so helpful. He recommended places to visit that we wouldn't have found on our own that were highlights of our holiday. Lovely breakfast and fabulous restaurant only 3 minutes away.

Beautiful setting, great communication with the host via WhatsApp and booking.com, really friendly and helpful, gorgeous grounds right at the top of a hill, surrounded by rustic countryside. Really helpful with a cot for our 5 month old and a kettle for his bottles. Lovely breakfast as well. About a mile from Tavuillia for Rossi fans.

No air con but there was a ceiling fan but we would stay again.
