The location was perfect. Close to beach but still not too far from town. Going to Circeo was also an option. Really fresh and various well-made alternatives for breakfast. There was something that suited all of one of us. The coffees were exquisite! We really liked the fact that they were always available sunbeds by the pool, and that the atmosphere was always very calm and relaxing with children playing. All the staff were really helpful and friendly, in the restaurant, by the pool and in the reception.

We stayed here for 3 nights and would recommend this property to others. Antonio at the front desk was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. All of staff was great as well. The breakfast was fantastic with all kinds of options to select from. Beach was very short walk just steps away from the property. Rooms were clean and spacious. Thank you for a great stay.

Pool and area surrounding were fantastic. Most staff members were very helpful, friendly and welcoming - reception, wait staff, pool guards, cleaners. The location was good although quite a way from the old historic area. Scrupulously clean. Peaceful surroundings, well maintained. Good staff recommendation for a fantastic restaurant along the seafront. Good buffet selection at breakfast, staff remembered choices, the restaurant seemed very popular at lunch and dinner too. Nicely appointed building and grounds including pool, quiet location. Great pizzeria next door!

One staff member on checking in was somewhat patronising and not particularly helpful, and we had to wait for our room despite informing them of our arrival after 7 hours of travelling including them booking the 1.5+ hour taxi airport journey, which really made a bad and upsetting first impression. Luckily he wasn't on duty again until the day prior to leaving. Some elements of the hotel were not our expectations of a 4 star standard. Shower/bathroom was not great, small with a couple of broken fixtures. No organised trips or transport to areas of interest around Terracina, seems car hire is the only way to do this as metered taxis to.other historic towns are very expensive, as is the taxi airport shuttle.

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms with nice balcony. Good parking. By the beach, not far from city center.

Walls of room too thin as I could hear people talking next door. Too much plastic such as cups for water at breakfast or soap/shower gel in rooms. Soap was thrown away every morning, and a new one put out, also wrapped in plastic. I love animals and therefore noticed skinny cats around the hotel. It would be easy to feed them = healthy cats and no mice/rats around. Everybody wins! The guard dog of the hotel was in a big kennel and taken for walks. But not sure what happens with him in winter. I felt sorry for him as he was there alone all the time.

+ nice pool facilities a bit too much chlorine is used for + big breakfast buffet with a lot of choice + nice and friendly staff - dogs were barking all aroung the hotel

the gate to the parking lot had to be opened by a pin code which didn´t always work at the first try

Pool looked good but didn't use it. Beach looked good but too early in year. Breakfast was good except when coach party beat us to it!

Noisy coach party. Long walk to town, early in the year very few restaurants open nearby, some said they were open on their web sites and actually weren't!

I like the kind and friendly staff, the swimming pool, the great location and the great food choice. I like also the possibility to park the car.

Cappuccino in the morning was almost only foam (half the cup). I suggest to go back to normal amount of milk/coffee + foam as required

The facilities were nice and clean, the pool was good, the location was near the beach. Breakfast was also nice

A bit further away from downtown

small hotel with minimum service, but it makes you feel like back to the 80s or 90s pool is nice and car parking is good, very near to the beach

Lovely hotel with amazing pool. Ideal location for beach and beach bars. Lovely breakfast. Pizza place next door was amazing. Bike hire at reasonable prices.

Pool attendant was unhelpful and many of the sun loungers were broken.. unsafe. Over priced drinks.
