Staff were very helpful, we needed to store our bags before check-in and they helped out with that. Lovely fresh croissants provided in the morning, and a fridge full of soft drinks. The room is simple but very clean and suited our needs very well. There are a few supermarkets within easy walk, and if you can navigate the various locked gates the beach is less than a 10 minute walk away.

The villa is quite far from the centre, 20 minute+ walk to the main areas on the beach, restaurants and historic centre, and there's no bus or public transport, and taxis are very hard to come by (at least when we were there). Terracina and the surrounding area generally is not easy to get around without a car, and I would definitely hire one next time - it's the one thing I wish we'd known about before going for an otherwise lovely stay. There are buses from Priverno-Fossanova Station (but be careful on the weekend as they are very infrequent), or more from Monte San Biagio, but the stop is about 20 minutes walk from the villa.

I visit the Bed and Breakfast with my family in July. The Bed and Breakfast was cute and family owned. The room was very clean and new renovated. There was always cold drinks in the fridge. The garden with a wonderful table under a lemon tree was absolutely beautiful.

The location was good if you want to be close to the beach but it was quite far to the centre and old town. It was not easy to travel without car. We took the train and a bus but the bus did not stop near by and there was no taxi. But on our way home one of the owners offered to drive us to the train witch was very helpful.
