This is one of the best places we stayed at, you need to know that the physical infrastructure is not rhe most important thing, but the spirit of good hospitality and honest support and positive contributor that the owner put forwarrd to make the stay as memorable as possible, carlo[the owner] did everything possible to ensure our comfort, really we were amazed by his true commitment to help and advise and follow ups on our requests.. excellent and impressive.

Nothing is always perfet,but with management follow up like carlo, there is nothing that cannot be done or solved.

Room was great and breakfast was excellent. Marco was super helpful and friendly. Location was good if you wanted the beach but less so for walking into the old town. Parking was secure and the locals in the neighbourhood were very friendly.

There was a slight problem over the pre-arranged time for check in. A 15 minute notice of arrival was requested but sending the message 30 minutes before would probably be better.

The room was clean and big Marco gave us recommendations on places to visit and where to eat with discounts. The restaurant he recommended the food was really delicious. The beach is very close Marco asked what we would like for breakfast and provided fresh croissant and water and gave us a bottle of wine upon departure

I felt every movement of my partner in bed, it was not very comfortable

Marco is a super host - best yet! He was very attentive. The place is clean, beds comfy and the little patio was perfect for coffee and croissants. We highly recommend staying here! The place is inexpensive and you will be treated very well.

The owner was very attentive and accommodating and excellent at communicating with us at every step..The breakfast was great. Great cappuccino...served overlooking a beautiful garden.

The pillows were not comfortable for me...but learned after he would have changed had I asked.

The house is situated in a quiet area. Private secure parking in front of the house/in the garden 2 minutes walking distance from beach and restaurants - perfetto!! The rooms are clean and bright, Aircon and WiFi are there. Breakfast was build to my order - great!! Marco the owner is extremely helpful, his hospitality is outstanding! Whatever you want/need - just let him know and he will do everything to help you! Ask him for a recommendation for a restaurant - he will provide you the addresses for the best places. Definitely a place to come back
