the Breakfast was excellent . Lot's of home made cakes and yogurt etc . . The staff were exceptional . very helpful and very friendly . And of course it's two minutes walk to the beach . Rooms have been nicely done up .

Terracina is much bigger than I remember . So it would have been over one hour to walk from the centre. Fortunately we found a bus, Apart from on the beach, there are very few bars etc nearby. All of that we should have known prior to booking !

I was very satisfied with the always helpfull and friendly way of the staff all over. Specifically I enjoyed the kind way of Marco and Elisa, who always did their utmost to make my stay as pleasat as possible. Among other things they always provided a bike at my disposal, if I wanted to go somewhere, and I could always turn to them for help, if I had a special request. All over I can recommend the hotel.

The roon was nice and clean. Close to the beach. Breakfast in buffet style - every day 3 types of home made cakes and bread. There is possibility to rent a bike.

Lack of storage space, few hangers in the closet, there was nowhere to put wet towels and bathing suits.

What a great experience! We are traveling with 2 bikes true Italy - and Marco - the hotel owner arranged to store the bikes safely and provides even proviand for the day after. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was local, fresh made with local products and tasted delicious. Even the bread was homemade. We felt like coming home - without sorrows. I would definitely recommend, to stay in this nice place! Jan.

Service and friendly owner and staff.Breakfast was brilliant and set you up for the day.Loved the location and quietness of Hotel.So close to the beach.Could not failt it.

The staff is amazing, friendly, very helpful, speaks excellent English. The location is perfect, on the sea but not noisy. Very tasty breakfast, free bicycles for self use. In short, much more than we expected.

Friendly, kind, helpful welcoming staff. Room was very clean. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, highly recommended. Marco is very helpful and understands the customer needs, and goes extra mile to make you welcome.

all the furniture are new. extremely clean. everything worked just fine

maybe the building and the reception are not great but the courtesy of the staff make up for it

new clean rooms, ac is working, equipment is smart and functional, small balcony was a nice bonus of stay.
