The bathrooms could do with a renovation.

The property location is excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, and the best of all, it had a door that led directly to a small porch from which you could just step down to the beach. Unfortunately, our visit was in February so the water was too cold to swim, but I imagine in the Summer this would be a perfect place to stay a few days. The view was stunning. The food for breakfast was excellent. The price was very fair for what you got. I would love to stay there again if I went to that area.

The sign for the hotel is hard to see if you drive West on Via Appia, especially at night. They could have a better sign visible from both ways. The road is relatively high comparing with the water level and the hotel is lower by the beach, so it is not very visible while you drive on the road. We arrived at night driving West and passed it. After we turned around, coming from the other direction we were able to see the sign.

Clean, had all the basic that you need, good staff- polite, very kind and un intrusive. There was just one other family besides us and so the place felt very private. A well run hotel.

Comforters could have been a bit softer

I would return in a heartbeat. Our room led directly to the beach. A more than perfect location.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options set out, from eggs to pastries to cereal. The beach was beautiful, right outside outside our door, we could hear the waves from our room, just lovely.

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, I don't usually have trouble sleeping, but the bed was the hardest bed I encountered in my travels and I had trouble sleeping in it. The restaurant was overpriced compared to what we had encountered in the rest of Italy with a limited menu, especially if someone in your party has a shellfish allergy. But the food was good, and you don't have to eat there if you have a car.
