This was a 10☆ accomodation. Great communication with owners, easy check-in, very clean & quiet, great location. Breakfast was excellent. Fredericka who arrived to put out breakfast could not have been nicer. We spent 12 nights walking Via Francigena and this was easily the nicest place we stayed.

Lovely big newly decorated and furnished room, very near the main square and only 50 metres from a great gelateria! The shower was great, the bed super comfortable. The place was really warm and cosy, despite pretty cold weather. Nice to have a balcony too. And breakfast!

The property is very clean, safe and spacious. It’s in the heart of the center city within minutes of walking distance to the town square with plenty of eating, drinking and some shops but also easy access to the main roads. There is outdoor terrace and secure parking available. Light breakfast is also available.

Brilliant location for walking into town, Secure parking, friendly host, cleanliness and the convenience of a small refrigerator.
Although the Breakfast was adequate and should be considered a bonus, it was a little bland, especially after four days. The coffee was well appreciated.

Value for money, easy access to accommodation, friendly and quick check-in process, clean and modern facilities, warm and spacious double veranda, delicious breakfast, safe parking, etc... everything is great.

The room was perfect for walking the VF. A good size room, balcony, WiFi. A kettle for tea and snacks for breakfast and as we were leaving early, the host supplied fresh pastries.

Everything. We parked the motorcycles in the yard of the location. Proximity to the center. The lady who welcomed us is very nice. The breakfast was very good
