They gave us exactly the room that we wanted/booked with nice outdoor balcony ( 2 chairs and Table ) . Nice , large room with excellent bathroom , kettle , coffee etc ( but bring your own milk ) . 2 large single beds, very comfy , firm with 2 pillows each - also firm and good aircon ( adjustable ) as it was really hot when we stayed there - close to 30 even though end Sept !! Staff were very helpful paricularly the Ground staff who transferred all our bags and stuff to the room from the Parking with a Golf cart on arrival and departure, also Reception arranged laundry with no problem but a bit expensive . Later check out was not a problem . They put us in a quiet wing so we wouldnt be disturbed by a Pool party one night . Excellent location near Otranto and very secure with code to get in to the hotel complex and security guard on duty at night /gates closed on the Parking.

Dinner in the Restaurant on first night - poor food and pretentious service (as if you didnt order the most expensive items you werent worth it . ) We hadnt included breakfast in our booking charges so we didnt bother with having it at the hotel after that . Could have more charging points in the room . There was no chair for the in door table but that was quickly fixed and a wooden chair supplied so I had a work space .

- The breakfast buffet is amazing and the quality of the food served at the dinner is also really good. - The Garden is nice and the swimming pool arena too - Friendliness of the staff - Free parking - 5min drive away from Otranto

- Our A/C was noisy while running but also while switched off (they moved us to another room as it was defect while running but it seems that there was nothing to do with noise when switch off) - The water of the swimming pool was freezing cold (we stayed early October)

The hotel was in a countryside setting which was very peaceful. Rooms were spotlessly clean. All of the staff were very friendly, especially Chiara. The breakfast had a very wide choice and the quality was excellent, as was the food when we ate in the hotel for dinner.

Breakfast is among the best I've seen in Italy! Nice rooms with spacious outdoor areas. Loved the pools and the relax areas. The water is salted (no chlorine) which is GREAT for allergics like me. The location is good if you have a car. Staff is mostly very friendly. We've enjoyed our three nights at the Tenuta a lot and recommend staying there!

Aircon was a bit loud

Superb breakfast. Staff all very helpful & lovely. The pool area was great and we especially loved the fact there was an adult-only pool too. The whole resort was beautifully clean. Great place to access Otranto & the coast.

Would have liked a more extensive menu at the hotel restaurant - we found the choices a bit limited.

This place was extraordinary. It is even better than the photos. Pool side is so luscious. Breakfast had such great variety. The staff was amazing. We stayed 5 days, had the dinner and lunch sometimes, too. Everything was delicious. The pool side bar staff were exceptionally helpful and always had a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend this place, slice of heaven.

Bring mosquito spray!

A brilliant stay in a beautiful hotel. Pool area in particular is very relaxing and we spent most of our days enjoying this area. In general a beautiful hotel with brilliant facilities.

Lunch menu is poor value and overly complicated. Room was quite dark. Location is €30 round trip taxi from Otranto.

Calming beautiful oasis - beautiful gardens & pool - great breakfast & we also had a sensational dinner one night. The rooms are simple but comfortable, clean & quiet. It’s only 5min drive into Otranto town - so the best of both worlds with resort type accommodation & still so close to restaurants & old town

Great and comfortable hotel. The area around the swimming pool it's just perfect to relax and enjoy the warm summer in this part of Italy. Location-wise it's also great! I'd definitely come back again and I fully recommend this place!

All was good. A little too much air humidity for my taste but easely solved with proper ventilation
