The staffs were very friendly and love to help. I adored the modern design and lighting of bathroom, and the room was spacious. It’s a lovely room and mattress was comfy. Breakfast was good with many things to choose from, and I liked the breakfast venue. Housekeeping lady worked hard to clean and tidy the room. Gym was small but provided a relax place for me to stretch. I ordered a body massage and I loved it (needed to book in advance). The rooftop view was stunning!

Had to push hard to open the room. The shower door wasn’t tight enough so the water would come out on the floor. Hot water was out of order one afternoon, but they fixed it in half hour. The reception was empty at 5am and the door was locked so wouldn’t be able to get out of hotel, waited till 7am and in the end rang the reception phone number to get help.

The staff were so nice and helpful, they really made our trip! The location is more than perfect, walking distance to the center. We paid for normal street parking with the meter right in front of the hotel, however hotel parking was available around the corner, we didn't really check. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The breakfast was good, you could also ask the staff to do your eggs differently, you can order coffee on the table. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is amazing. The terrace spaces are huge and perfectly arranged, relaxing, private, simply perfect! The staff was incredibly helpful and nice, they took care of every request we had and so fast and smoothly! The room was lovely and clean and breakfast was absolutely great, with fresh fruit and patries and also International savoury food like eggs, tomatoes, ham etc. I truly recommend this hotel! It's perfect

Lovely spacious room with a small outside seating area. Courteous staff who were helpful. Short walk into the town centre which has lots of restaurants and beautiful coastal views

It would have been nice to have the occasional drink in the bar when returning from an evening meal but it shut at 8pm. The only hotel bar we've ever known shut so early.

Beautiful location close to the waterfront. Fantastic staff, especially the front desk and the breakfast staff. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and courteous. We had some trouble with parking but the staff was very helpful and found us parking about 500 meters from the hotel. It was quite confusing at first but the front desk was very courteous and helped solve the issue. The breakfast was a varied buffet with lots of fresh items, fruits and juices.

The property is a boutique hotel so it’s on the smaller size, but this is not a problem. There was not much we didn’t like.

Quiet location out of town with easy walking distance to restaurants, beaches etc. We appreciated the free parking which was only a few minutes' walk away. The rooftop area was very nice but.

We stayed for 6 nights and though it was nice, the breakfast selection didn't vary throughout the week. It took a while to be offered hot drinks every morning - would be better to have a tea/coffee station available for guests to use themselves. The room was comfortable but bathroom was small & fairly basic.

Hotel is exceptionally clean and tidy. Breakfast is really good and all staff are really nice and helpful. Very central location. Really comfy rooms.

Nothing to dislike here. Really nice relaxing hotel. Close to centre of Otranto.

The staff were pleasant to talk to and breakfast was on time and of good quality.

The location of the hotel meant an uphill walk to get back from Otranto in the evening. There was a smell of car fumes in the area of the hotel allocated for outside seating and dining as it was situated over a rising hilly road to the property.

Super little hotel. Very good value. Nice staff but always behind a laptop...very few staff 'on the floor' to offer service. Bar largely unstaffed. With a little service twist, it could be fabulous.

More staff in attendance to offer service on rooftop veranda, or indeed in the lounges downstairs.

Location was ideal, 5-10 minute stroll to the historical centre. Hotel was super clean with most items appearing new. Breakfast was lovely and simple with great staff each morning. Reception staff were also lovely and helpful. Although we only used it briefly the rooftop is a great space to spend a morning / afternoon.
