We stayed for one night – absolutely perfect for that. Just a few minutes from the old town. The price-performance ratio was totally fair. Parking is not directly at the apartment as stated, but only a short walk away (5 euros for 24 hours), so not a problem at all. Directly across from the apartment, there's a bar where a live band played in the evening. It wasn’t a problem for us – we enjoyed the music with a drink on the small balcony ;-) Just the typical Italian lifestyle!

Great location right in front of the castle, 1 minute walk from the seafront and Otranto's historic centre. Parking 4 minutes' away (it was free during our stay due to low season, otherwise is 5 euros/day (the host will tell you where it is in his check-in instructions). The room was bright and quiet. Great wifi. Really nice breakfast (mainly sweet stuff with some cooked ham) with cereals, yogurts, bread & jam/nutella, juice, home made croissants. The host was lovely and told us about Otranto's history. Otranto is beautiful - do not miss it in your tour of Puglia!

Great location close to oldtown, friendly and helpful owner with English skills, clean room, excellent coffee and well equipped, comfortable rooftop terrace for breakfast. The guests can use the terrace all day, not only during breakfast, and it is well protected againt sunshine and rain as well. The side cover can be rolled up if not needed, the see-through coverage material ensures a great view to the castle, irrespectively of the weather. A pretty heavy rainstorm hit the city on our last days spent there,but thanks to the covered terrace we could enjoy our breakfast panorama each day undisturbed. The owner, Giulio, also offered us and indoor breakfast, and as we chose rather staying outside, he accepted our preference as a matter of course. The owner's hospitality is not questionable, he offered information about sights and despite of a temporary and heavy rainstorm his coffee made our day.

Be prepared against mosquitos (no net on window). The neighbouring restaurant might be noisy. Our window opened above the rooftop of restaurant, inwhich the TV was on and shouting loud ca. between 5:00-5:30 am. We closed the window which is soundproof, so the problem was solved. This did not eliminate the great experience and our positive opinion about this accommodation, we would visit again for sure.

Very kind staff, always helpful and friendly. They even opened us the room one hour before the actual check-in. Good assorted breakfast. The room with the terrace was a great touch during the evening hours. Great position, in between the walls of Otranto and the public beaches.

Great Location, welcoming staff! We were able to park nearby with a discount from the hotel. Everything was in walking distance and Erico made sure we are comfortable and got all our needs met.

Next to historic centre. We were allowed to park our car just in front of the house (and got no fine from the police, but if was off-season). The host was welcoming. Breakfast was nice.

As we stayed there in March, you could see that appartment was not used on daily basis (off-season) and you could smelled mould in the room and bathroom as well. The shelf in the shower was rusty. The bathroom and the room were clean otherwise. I believe that during peak season everything would be fine.

Great location, very well located to the castle and the beachfront. It was a last minute booking, and they were very helpful with finding parking and carrying luggage up the stairs. Fab little balcony.

The owner provided an exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb. The position of the accommodation was also excellent. Very central for all the things Otranto has to offer.

We would have liked to eat at the restaurant next to the accommodation but the noise from another restaurant higher up & opposite, was so loud it stopped us wanting to eat nearby.

Very nice and welcoming host. It was easy and quick to arrange checkin. Very good breakfast downstairs in the restaurant with sliced ham, fruits, capuccino with soya milk ;) Location is also great, right next to old town but easy to reach by car.

Great location in the heart of Otranto, on a super sweet street with restaurants and bars. Rooms are quite simple but great value for money. Host also super helpful. All about the location on this one!

Road is a little lively and noisy but didn't bother us too much.
