Wonderful location, right at the edge of the walled city. All restaurants and landmarks within walking distance. Room includes a little garden and you can access a terrace on top of the building, with stunning views on the city walls: ideal place for a coffee or a glass of wine ;o)

There's no parking and no breakfast. Sure, parking is "available" in the street (if you're lucky) and you get a voucher for a coffee and a croissant in a caffetteria nearby... ...but that's not what you expect when you check the boxes "parking" and "breakfast" included when you book a place! This is playing with words and borderline fraudulent. This mislabeling is becoming a widespread issue on Booking.com listings and I'm not sure who's responsible for that: the hosts or the platform.

The room was very functional and clean and we loved the terrace balcony upstairs for everyone to use. We took a drink up there most evenings to enjoy sunset. We also appreciated the onsite coffee machine, convenient parking help and laundry facilities. And we loved breakfast - it’s a short walk but you are treated with wraparound sea views.

While there is a small kitchen and stove, the plates, bowls and cups are all plastic/disposable.

Lovely, well maintained apartment complex 15 min walk from Otranto railway station with a secluded balcony facing towards the old city wall and Hyppolyta Tower. Great continental style breakfast with choice of fresh pastries using a voucher system at Martinucci on the seafront. Really helpful owner with lots of useful info on the area. There's even a small Conad store just uphill from here to restock from. We really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful town and beaches.

The location was fabulous. The room was large and had kitchen facilities. Everything was clean, neat and the view from the balcony included the castle and the sea. The rooftop terrace was a bonus and we used it one evening. I cannot thank the staff enough, they were extremely helpful and easy to contact throughout our stay.

Nothing really; the room seems basic on first view but it has everything you need and is very clean.

The location is perfect, a stone throw away from the old town and also close enough to the beach. The view from the room was beautiful, directly to the castle and the place is comfortable, clean and has a kitchen which helped us. Georgia is an amazing host, very kind and ready to help with anything you need. Would totally recommend and come back here!

It was all good. Just as a note, the breakfast is at a bar about 5-10min away and you actually get a voucher to eat in there.

The property is in a nice part of town and only a very short walk from the harbour, castle/old town and restaurants. The host Georgia was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and was served in their restaurant which was about 10 minutes walk.

There was free parking available, it was quite a walk from the property - but sometimes I guess you have to expect that in these old neighbourhoods.

The location near the city center. The friendly and helpful host. The large and clean room with a comfy bed. The balcony and the roof terrace.

However, parking in the street wasn't easy, we were very lucky to find a place....if we stayed far away, it would be difficult to carry the luggage through the narrow and sloped sidewalk. The breakfast room is roughly 500 meters away, nothing special, but it has a nice view!

Great apartment in a good location. Super friendly and helpful host. Good breakfast in a restaurant 5 minutes walk away. Good storage for our bicycles, too. Communication was excellent and we were provided with the wifi code so that we were able to contact the host from outside the property.

Wifi in our room was very weak.

Excellentie situated to visit the city and enjoy the beach. Very friendly welcome by Georgia and the host, Franco. Beautifully appointed. delicious breafkast in Martinucci. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at Franco’s restaurant Highly recommended.

Georgia met us when we arrived and communicated clearly everything we needed to know to make our stay comfortable . The room was spacious clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included in a beautiful waterfront location nearby the accommodation and included beautiful pastries fresh fruit yoghurt and cereals. Georgia also made a really good coffee . Such a wonderful host
