Both Ladies were superb, very kind efficient and hospitable. Marinella organised a private tour for us of Salento which we enjoyed very much. We had a quiet room as requested which was great. We had an issue with the metal bedframe clanging loudly which was fixed promptly the next day. There was no hot water in the mornings which we assumed was down to solar heating. There was plenty later in the day. Also there was a step down into the bathroom which was a bit of a hazard. Breakfast was excellent - delicious and plentiful.

This Bed and breakfast is a very beautiful clean and very organized place Perfect place minutes to beach restaurants and shops The ladies who own the bed and breakfast are all very kind and helpful for any recommendations They recommended a restaurant and it was the best one in otranto that we ate at We will definitely be back Mary and Piero Thank you

Beautiful b and b in a good location ,short walk into town. Very clean , lovely sun terrace for chilling out. Breakfast served and wide choice of foods, well presented and tasty. The two ladies who run the Marzo are a delight,so friendly and helpful. The Marzo is well maintained and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

The breakfast provided a large choice of delicious food and drinks. Home baked regional pastries were on offer. It was lovely and something we looked forward to each morning!

Absolutely no complaints, it was an excellent B&B with wonderful staff and facilities. We would highly recommend it!

Everything was wonderful! From the breakfast they served us each morning to the room and rooftop common areas—amazing! My wife and I will stay there again and recommend it to family. We can’t wait to stay there again next year.

If you have a vehicle you will need to park at a paid lot. This is typical so we were prepared.

All chargeable even little snack and mineral water like any city hotel I thought free , but it wasn’t I prefer with balcony in the room rather than roof top .

A property beautifully restored so close to everything and spotlessly clean. Bus stop only 8min walk and will take you to train station or other towns. Breakfast was great, so many options which they prepared every morning and served in their courtyard. The ladies were wonderful and could not do enough for you, would highly recommend this property for your stay in Otranto.

It is the best location possible in Otranto. The bonus is that the owner (Marinella) even organises parking for you only 300 metres from the B and B and actually takes you there and walks you back. Your room Is spotless and very pleasant with lots of verandahs and a roof top with great views of the sea. Crazy to stay anywhere else!! The level of service and just great help and friendliness from Marinella, Manila and Melanoa was fantastic. It truly was just like being home- but with a better breakfast!

Melania, Manila and Marinella are the kindest and loveliest hosts, they were so welcoming and friendly! The room was quiet, spacious, clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent with just about anything you could want on offer. The terrace at the top is a must for incredible views over the city and sea. Only a short walk to the beach or old town. Off-site parking only but they will arrange the permits for you and easy to find parking nearby. Have recommended Palazzo Marzo to all our friends and family!

It's is run by three lovely women who take care of everything paying close attetion to each and every detail to make you feel at home. Breakfast was made and served by them and it was delicious. The B&B is less than a 5minute walk from the old town and the beach and it's super comfortable. There's a terrace with a gorgeous sea view.
