The staff and all the family were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us with our many questions and requests! The location was perfect for both the town and the coast. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfasts were really good. The room was very nice and very clean. I would definitely recommend!

The weather was much colder than we were expecting! (Unusual for the time of year apparently) However the room and restaurant areas were very comfortable.

Hotel was located next to the beach in Otranto. Only as short walk into the historical centre of Otranto. Staff at reception and breakfast were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. No additional charge for breakfast or internet. The hotel's restaurant specializes in fish dishes; excellent food and service. Many other restaurants within a short walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a corner sea view /city view room, it overlooked the restaurant and you could see the water from one corner of the balcony. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to beach and the old town. Otranto is beautiful, there are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel. We parked in Parcheggio Le Palme (hotel charges $10 Euro a day) and walked to hotel, very close.

There was a bit of construction around the hotel, seemed a bit messy in the hall ways. We were there in October so it's low season for them.

We had room 3 on the corner of the building. It was well equipped, very clean and had a large balcony with views out to the beach and the old town. A kit was available for making hot drinks. It is easy to drop off luggage, but parking is a few minutes walk away - a bit expensive at €10 per 24 hours. Breakfast is in the hotel’s own restaurant and is reasonable by Italian standards. The restaurant itself is good and you get a 10% discount as a resident. Staff were very courteous and help. Location is ideal since you are by a beach and almost in the old town. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Great view from the front rooms (room 1 is the biggest), car parking nearby, easy walk to beach or into the beautiful old town. Good restaurant attached. Helpful friendly staff, good breakfast.

No major issues. WiFi was weak & kept dropping out. Needed to leave Aircon on all the time. Not a fan of single use plastic cups wrapped in plastic bags.

Right on the beach front, shops restaurants, old town 5 min walk away. We had a front room with balcony, great view, pity it was stormy we couldnt sit on the balcony or felt like swimming. Turn right & theres a great inside street food market great yummy meals. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast with fresh fruit served to you. Lovely breakfast room down stairs. The hotel had a great feel about it, wished we had stayed for another night. We were given a drying rack for our clothes.

Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from railway station on sea front. My room was excellent spacious with sea view from balcony etc. Breakfast was available from 08.00 but arrangements were made for an earlier start so I could catch first train in morning. restaurant was good - specialises in local fish and a 10% discount was offered for hotel guests.

A kettle in room would have been good.

So hot in the rooms! No way to cool it. And such a nice ocean breeze out but don’t feel safe leaving balcony doors open when sleeping. Too bad they don’t have a window (other than in washroom) to let air flow through. Or a lockable door with bars that can be let opened and locked from inside… That would of been perfect!

Great location right on the pedestrian walkway along the bay but within easy reach of the historic centre of Otranto (5 mins). Nice breakfast with very friendly waiter. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. The hotel has an arrangement with a local Parking which is only 5 mins walk from the hotel and easily accessible with bags.

The view from our room and balcony of the ocean was a "12"! You can hear the waves as you lie in bed. Centrally located, its a close walk to the beach, restaurants and old town. We trained to Otronto and it was easy to walk to the hotel. Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant on site makes it convenient and their continental breakfast was good.
