The hotel was very nice, friendly staff, clean room and lots of space. The pool facilities were fantastic, it was never too busy. We found our stay very relaxing. The breakfast was superb! A great selection of cooked breakfast, pastries, toast, cakes, cereals and a wide selection of fresh fruit. We looked forward to our breakfast each morning and enjoyed eating it on the terrace. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice during our stay and were very impressed. The setting was beautiful, eating underneath the olive trees whilst the twinkling lights were on. The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious!

The beds were very firm, not as comfortable as the other properties we had stayed at during our trip.

Location very near to Otranto (5 min drive) and the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. The pool area was clean, and both the main pool and warm second pool were lovely on a sunny day. Breakfast had a large array of foods for all tastes. Although an added cost, the massage and spa facilities were delightful.

Our room was near the reception area, and although separated by a glass sliding door, each time someone went through the glass door it was noisy late at night or early in the morning. There was also a big crack of light coming through the door which was disturbing too.

The moment you arrive you can feel yourself instantly relax and switch off. The properly is very tastefully decorated inside and out. The staff cannot do enough for you. The food is 10/10. We booked the room with a private hot tub which was such a treat. Great amenities like spa, large swimming pool, pool bar, restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Complimentary bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. We never wanted to leave and would love to return some day

There was a weird intermittent beeping noise at night which went from far in the distance to right outside our garden through the night and interrupted our sleep. Not sure if it was some security system or something. This was the only let down to an otherwise perfect stay

Everything was amazing, from the time we arrived until the time we left. The staff were fantastic, all of the staff, reception, restaurant, spa, pool bar, they were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed for 3 nights and ate in the restaurant each night, the food, wine and service were very good, Sara and Elena in particular were just awesome. The rooms are a good size really clean and nice bathroom, good onsite parking. My Husband and I both used the facilities in the spa - fantastic. We felt comfortable, relaxed and welcome during our stay here. We will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone wanting to unwind. It was a great location to explore the region. Thanks to everyone at Masseria Muntibianchi we loved our stay.

We only stayed 3 nights!!

The staff was kind and nice. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. We stayed in a room with a small pool, and it was very comfortable. Pool bar was also very convenient with nice food and great cocktails. The location is very close to Otranto and some other towns, restaurants, and beaches. Spa was also great, we had an amazing couple’s massage.

Everything was great. Wifi could be better, that’s the only thing I can find.

Outstanding resort. Beautiful detail everywhere you look. Breakfast, lunch by the pool or dinner in the restaurant were all fabulous. Would recommend to anyone who visits this part of puglia to visit.

One afternoon there were noisy, out of control kids in the pool area but that was the parents issue and not the resorts. Although perhaps they could have signs up about noise control. We visited other resorts that had quiet periods by the pool.

For us the location was excellent.. so close to Otranto and the beach at Alimini .. the staff were amazing and so welcoming and friendly The choice at breakfast was superb

Personally and only a small thing, the pillows and mattress were a little too firm , housekeeping provided alternative pillows which helped slightly

Beautiful resort, delicious food and friendly staff. Short distance from popular towns and activities but secluded enough to feel like a farm stay. Spa facility was a nice addition.

Family sized rooms are limited but resort was kind enough to add an extra bed for us. Not a lot of activities other than the pool for teens/young adults.

A Perfect Stay The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We enjoyed a fresh and delicious breakfast every morning, and dinner was equally impressive with flavorful, well-prepared dishes. A truly relaxing and memorable experience — highly recommended!

Muntibianchi is a gem, from the incredibly kind and attentive staff to the amazing grounds of the resort and wonderful restaurant. We used it as a home base to explore the Salento coast, but ended up spending more time at the resort and in the town of Otranto because we were so wowed by everything both had to offer! Pro tip: take the free bikes and ask the staff for directions to ride through the olive groves into town, it is a stunning 20-30 min ride through the country.

Nothing could have been better – this was hands-down one of our top 3 best trips ever.
