The staff! Very nice and friendly. The room was warm and the bed was confortable. Perfectly spotless clean ! All services and amenities were spot on.

It was not very centric and the parking i cluded was misleading ( we paid extra) with this location and cost for parking the price could have been different. The room we got was much smaller than expected and upon checking pictures we saw it was a slightly different room from the one we booked. Nothing major in order to ask for a change but a little disappointing.

The welcome was superb and we were given a map with places to go and eat marked on. The location is absolutely superb and a 5 minute walk over a beautiful bridge into the city. There is also a beautiful walk up behind to the top of the hill were a incredible view of the city can be seen. I recommend a sunset walk!

Go and book directly on their own website as booking prices are massively inflated. The lack of Wifi connection in the bedroom because of the thickness of the walls was a little frustrating.

A perfect location next to the Roman Theatre and close by the Ponte Pietra and the Cable car in what is known as Centro Storico. Wonderfully quiet but with easy access to the busier centre. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the rooms a very good size with comfortable beds. Our host Serena was lively and welcoming and very helpful with local information, especially for restaurants. She was very good at keeping in touch before and during our stay and made sure that one of her 'helpers' was there in the mornings for breakfast if she could not be. A delightful person.

Serena is an amazing host, she is very kind and she gives the best advices for the sightseeing as a local, and recommendations for restaurants that were perfect. we stayed in apartment which is very spacious, clean and very nice decorated. the location is perfect, everything is very close. we would definitely come back to this accommodation. :)

The B&B is very comfortable located close to the old Verona, just a nice walk over Ponte Pietra intothecity. If there is space you can even park directly in front of the house. For overnight parking you need a resident pass Serena can provide if one is free. She is a very good host, very organised and her B&B is very pretty. Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our short stay!

Location is great , just walking distance from all major sightseeing but at the same time - outside of the crowded area. The rooms are so lovely and made with care and love! My 5 year old daughter really enjoyed the details in each room! Serena was a lovely host , we arrived late at night and had everything ready for us - we woke up to a lovely breakfast next morning ! We will be back !!!

Everything was great ! No parking on spot but there is an Inexpensive secure parking a few minutes walk .

Excellent location to see all the sights of Verona. The accommodation was lovely and Serena was fantastic with her knowledge of the area/history she was so welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was so yummy she also gave us recommendations of places to eat which were great. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much Serena for making our stay memorable.

Fantastic location; easy to get to by car but a short walk to the city centre. Quiet, considering it's in a city and in an interesting old house. Breakfast was great - Serena served very fresh feed and coffee and it was also good to chat with her. . She was also very helpful in recommending where to go and also an excellent restaurant, and speaks very good English.

Parking was described as 'at the location'. that's true, but it is public parting so a matter of luck as to whether you get a space. Having said that, we were lucky and Serena gave us a 'city pass, so there was no cost

Great location, super close to bus stops heading from the train stations, nice to be close to old town but not in it. Lovely set up in room, everything you need and very comfortable. No 24 hour reception area but it’s not needed, you are greeted on arrival and sat down with a map and so helpfully shown all places to visit/eat/drink, all jotted on big paper map it’s amazing. Then given WhatsApp numbers, codes and key to get in and then you can come and go as you please. Hosts were very responsible on WhatsApp. Great place for a night in Verona would 100% recommend.

There were five of us traveling and the ground floor apartment was big enough for all of us. The location is amazing, right next to the Ponte Pietra bridge, the Roman theater and the steps to Castel San Pietro, from where there is a magnificent view of the old town and the sunsets here are priceless.

There was a slight gas smell from the boiler in the kitchen, and we were missing kitchen towels.
