The staff was exceptional; everyone from the front desk, the security bag check, the bar, the restaurant, the breakfast, the chocolate tasting, room service; every single person involved in each of these services was very friendly and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to accommodate every single request I had. Thank you so much. I am definitely coming back.

Nothing major I just like my room very cold but I could not get it to a very low temperature. They offered to bring a technician but I was always on the go; and it worked out just fine.

The team was amazing in welcoming me and upgraded me to a suite because of last minute unavailability. I appreciate the professionalism and the time saved at the check-in desk.

The breakfast/big bad surprise to see such a "poor" buffet for a Movenpick hotel.

Hotel was pretty new, very confortable rooms and very central location. Junior Toure from front office was a great guy. He took care of me a lot. Also cleanless of the property was top class. Briefly, it was a very good stay in Abidjan. Next time i will also choose this hotel as well.

Breakfast can definetly be improved. Food varieties are less. Even coffee machine was out of order. So i did not like breakfast at all. Please try to enrich more.
