The staff made sure that the stay was smooth and peacefull.the daily security guard was great. The whole staff was great.Room was spacious with a kitchen.

There was a confusion during the booking, it said on booking.com that threre will be a shuttle service from the airport to the Residency and upon confirmation the Hotel stated that the shuttle service is only available if we were to book for 2days at least, information that is nowhere on booking.com So we were not offered a shuttle on the way to the hotel but when we got there the staff made sure that we got the shuttle back to the airport.

I love everything about resident sycamore 1 it's very exlance i have visited many places nothing like sycamore 1 keep up I have visited sycamore 1 6 times because it's very nice and looking forward to viste again sometime this year 2025.

The breakfast was generous but basic as it was not cooked. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The manager was also professional, prompt and flexible. He also spoke English fluently which is a huge bonus😊the hotel is close to amenities such as pharmacy and a lovely well stocked and reasonably priced supermarket compared to others I have been in locally. The security was observant and did his due diligence.

The plastic pillow protective cover was noisy and disturbed my sleep, a material one would be better. The hallways carpet although not stained could be shampooed or even tiled for better maintenance.

I love the place; the manager was very nice and helpful. Employees were good and helpful, but they may need to be more friendly with their facial expression and quite their phone when a customer approach them with questions.

Our Uber driver got lost despite the fact that our driver was using google maps. Maybe it would help if the RESIDENCE SYCOMORE 1 would set up google my business. This can help with location management

This time around, there was a lot of mosquitos 🦟, I got bitten every night. The staff offered repellent spray, but it didn't help. Otherwise, I enjoy my stay.

The location is great. It is around a pharmacy, a huge supermarket and there are plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby. Police also patrols the area very frequently.

Excellent facility however I didn't see any fire alarm. I wished there were a balcony for our room. A bathroom and bed mat would've been better. Your kitchen makes it a perfect setting for a longer stay. I would always choose you over Air BNB. We had great time. Looking forward to doing this again.
