Rooms were nice and comfortable and both rooms had a balcony.

when booking the rooms, with booking.com isnt working right. I had paid for the rooms with booking.com but the hotel did charge me again when I arrived, but I talked with the front desk and she called booking.com to fix the problem. Just dont like I have to wait now for the 5-10 business days to get my money back

I requested a room near the entrance, and it was in a great location. I had trouble figuring out the coffee maker, but when I did, it made good coffee. Full length mirror was nice, and I liked the curved glass shower door.

I could occasionally hear freeway noise. The AC turned on and was very loud, but luckily I didn't need heat or AC, so I turned everything off. The lights were confusing, especially having to touch the countertop to turn them on. Maybe a little instruction would help. No shower cap.

The hotel was fine, absolutely no issues other than one of the elevators. It rocked and shook like it was about to break. I have stayed at this hotel several times and this time the rate was a bit high. The guy in charge of breakfast area is awesome, he remembered me from my prior visit one year ago.

We were in room 623, it was a very hot day and the AC unit didn't keep up very well. Wouldn't go below 82. We had the power go out at our place, so we decided to go get a room and we hoped it would be cool. But you made up for it with your staff and facilities. Thank you

The sliding bathroom door would not stay shut it was a very uncomfortable situation when using the bathroom I do not feel that the food for the breakfast buffet was worth $20.20 on Saturday which included an 18% gratuity that I felt was to high for the quality of the food

$16 each for breakfast. I actually thought the breakfast was included with the room (like most hotels), but it wasn't. We ended up going out for breakfast and paid less. Signs in front stated it was a, "Totally smoking free zone," However, there was a strong odor of Marijuana in the hall of the floor I was on.

Location is amazing, really close to a lot of places and things to do. Good price for what you get. The room was nice, beds were really comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean!

The TV was a bit outdated, but the channels that were provided were still great!

Great pool! Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Useful desk and chair. Shower pressure excellent. Breakfast buffet affordable and delicious. Servers very friendly. I enjoyed dining and watching the Lakers game on the big TVs.

I loved the staff. They were super helpful, starting from the desk girls all the way to the waiter in the breakfast buffet. The room was big and spacious and super clean. The pool was absolutely beautiful.

I did not like the fact that the bathroom door did not close all the way. The room I was put in had no view.

Room was large and clean. The walk in shower was great. The hotel interior seemed to be renewed at some point since it was modern and roomy.

The outside looks dated and the restaurant bar hardly had any customers.
