It was cold so the pool was cold, wish they would have turned on the pool heater. I think they was going to but a little bit of miscommunication between staff.

The beds where ok not as soft as I would have liked them. The older I get the softer the bed I want. Other than that, everything else was awesome!!

Everything was very clean, the food was good at the onsite restaurant dinner and breakfast and both were reasonably priced. The evening staff when we arrived were amazing the morning staff was good not as nice as the ones the night before. The lady at the desk Chevone went above and beyond she was exceptional!

Fantastic place. Nice pool, bar, breakfast, room. Only slight niggle is the location is not really close to anywhere.

Staff were outstanding and facilities very good.

Room only cleaned once and have to request if wanting more. this should be just done every 2nd day.

Couldn’t figure out the Tech stuff on the app. Kept saying something about connection not working. Could have been human error as well 🤷‍♀️

The location was perfect since we had numerous friends that we visited in the area. The pool was very nice as was the lobby area. Our room was a good size and well appointed. There were a couple mostly cosmetic issues which is why I didn’t rate the satisfaction higher.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Checking in and out was seamless and our room was ready over an hour before check-in which was nice since we had plans to meet friends.

As much as the rooms were and breakfast was not included I didn't like that. I paid less and other hotels and breakfast was included and they had a very good buffet.

Breakfast was very tasty. A good variety of food choices. Location was convenient, since my daughter lives close by to pick us up for daytime activities. Staff very friendly and room was very clean.

We found the air conditioner a bit loud at night while trying to sleep.

I liked that even though I arrived early in the morning they did everything possible to prepare a room for me, it was really a very kind gesture.
