Beach View! Mathias is, Very intelligent and an excellent problem-solver!

Lack of towels none for 5 days, no pool towels either, and no toilet paper. Would prefer better communication with night desk staff and day desk staff on pricing as well as other arrangements made with management. No coffee for coffee pot in my room and no sugar. A lot of drug addicts cause horrible smells making me extremely sick and having to leave the hotel to avoid the terrible pipe smoking with illegal drugs, crack smoking, and too many methamphetamine addicts.

Right across from the beach. Room was recently painted and it was clean. Little old furniture but it was fine. They were renovating and upgrading the front of the hotel. The pool was clean and crystal clear, and very warm. It’s a two star hotel and don’t think it’s the Sheraton. It’s a great priced place and they are working at upgrading the place but overall it’s decent. If you have a minor complaint, call the front desk, they are very accommodating. No need to post simple bad reviews, unless that’s what you do for a hobby..

The parking lot needs to be re striped and remove the bar and restaurant on your facility page as there is none.

Fantastic ! We will stay again ! We love all the staff! They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of. This hotel has a lot of history. It’s seen many famous people in its day. The best rooms if you get a chance to choose are the suites. They are always booked up and the weekends book up fast.

No restaurant but no complaint’s. There again it had a world famous Italian restaurant not long ago. They are revamping the bar and restaurant and will reopen sometime soon!

hello, thank you very much, we were delighted with the hotel, starting from the location, the embankment, the pedestrian crossing as soon as you get out, tables on the street, when it rained we sat there, with a view of the ocean, a store in the hotel, that during the rain you can drink coffee or a cocktail , large room, balcony with a view of the trees, and iguanas came to the trees during the day, such beauty, coffee machine, ice as much as you want, clean and well-kept pool, very friendly staff, in general it was sad to leave, we stayed for 2 weeks

The Gentleman at the front desk was beyond amazing!!! He went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. He is truly a gem for the hotel! He was so kind, professional, thoughtful, knowledgeable and above good hearted! I wanted to thank him, but he wasn't working when we departed. Please thank him for us. We'll definitely be back. We loved the hotel. It was perfect for our needs. See you soon! We liked everything, but if I had to pick one thing, it possibly be the carpet in the room.

We came to this hotel for the 3rd time and we really hope that we will come to you again! Thank you for your hospitality! Everything is wonderful, Very large room, comfortable beds, great location, the beach is 2 meters from the entrance, coffee and cocktails are sold in front of the entrance, very convenient, they give you a chair on the beach for convenience, the price is the lowest on the entire coast, a clean pool, when it’s hot you can lie there during the day, ice is not in limited quantities, everything is great, we love your hotel!

The pros outweigh the cons

Had a private balcony on the second floor facing the street. Updated room, clean bathroom, hallways recently painted, and great location..Across the street from the beach. Will definitely stay again as price was good for an economy property..Awesome clean pool too. Staff very accommodating.

No restaurant or bar as advertised.

- free parking - at the beach (only have to cross the road) - very comfortable beds, pillows - fridge in the room - ice machine - pool - location, very close to the beach and restaurants, also a mile from las olas - front desk staff was super friendly

- they don’t have restaurant anymore - bathroom is outdated - last morning housekeeping was walking into our room 9.40am (checkout is at 12pm) and even after realizing we are still there and sleeping, she walked in, said she needs coffee machine, let the door close slammed, took coffee machine (didn’t I need it??), opened the door again, let it close slammed and left. Obviously it woke all 3 of us up.

It is what it is, in a great way. Price… outstanding. Location… no better spot on Ft Lauderdale beach. Front desk was on point. Close to groceries, food, beach 100 yards, bars, sights, sounds, fishing charters, kayaks, great parks!!!! Just take a walk!! Nice pool, cleaning crew and maintenance very accommodating. Always around

Parking lot was free, but get a spot and sit in it after 5 ish. Hard ti find a spot later

THIS PROPERTY IS EXACTLY WHAT IS ON THERE WEBSITE. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING, LOCATION WAS AMAZING. IT IS A RETRO PLACED. NO REAL UPDATES, TO ME PART OF THE CHARM. THE SHOWER PRESSURE WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED. THEY HAVE OLDER FIXTURES SO THERE MADE REALLY WELL NOT THE PLASTIC CRAP IN HOTELS TODAY. SO IF YOU DON'T CARE THAT IT MIGHT NEED SOME PAINT THEN THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU.
