This place was conveniently located across the street from all kinds of restaurants (fast food and dine in), stores to include Walmart and Aldi! The rooms were comfortable, nice and spacious. Free laundry facilities were an added bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our queen suite was moderately priced for what we got: a nice living room area with a kitchen with all the kitchen equipment you need to cook a meal if you wanted to, a large bathroom and a nice separate bedroom with the same size tv as in the living room. The beds were comfortable and I got a great night's sleep all three nights. We enjoyed staying here. It is also very close to RTC Great Lakes which is why we were here in the first place, for my nephew's graduation from Navy Boot camp! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is attending a Pass-In-Review Ceremony at RTC Great Lakes.

The pricing was suspiciously great and due to that I didn’t have much expectations. The suite I was in or shall I say apartment was above and beyond incredible! Staff top notch and friendly!! Can’t say enough about this property!! Actually this is the first review I’ve ever written over a room and I couldn’t wait to spread the word

This had absolutely nothing to do with the property or staff at all. For my first two evenings there was a family above my room that had no sense or respect for others stampeding in the room through all ours of the evening. Didn’t have the heart to disturb the staff over it

The staff were very nice. Check in easy. Room was nice size with nice furniture. Loved the leather recliner. Kitchen has full sized refrigerator,glass stove top and microwave. They also had dishwasher and a dishwasher! Bed was comfy, the area was quiet and the shower was refreshing. Curb appeal was nice and the common area was nicely decorated. Just found my go to weekend getaway spot!

Breakfast would have been nice, but plenty of restaurants close by.

I really enjoyed my stay. My room smelled and felt clean. I loved the complementary laundry and although I didn’t use the gym, there was one. Never saw the same front desk person on my 3 night stay, but all staff were really friendly. Just around the corner was all the shops, fast food and restaurants needed. The area seemed safe. I would stay here again if needed.

I have nothing to say. I enjoyed my stay

I liked the pull out couch and all the amenities of home like closets with hangars and laundry baskets. My husband loved the recliner. We also loved the fully stocked kitchen and a dishwasher. Also only 2 miles from the base and great lakes.

Our room had flees. There was also no low lighting to be able to do stuff in the kitchen without turning on the main light. There also was no oven or spatchula. Also wish we could just leave our trash outside the door instead of trying to put it in the trash in a small hallway trash can.

The facility was very clean. I love their complimentary popcorn and the different flavorings you could choose from. The staff respected the privacy of the guess and do their base to make you feel like you're at home. The rooms are very spacious and the bed is also very comfortable.

The back burner on the stove didn't work and my bath tub water went down extremally slow when bathing but the water pressure was also amazing.

The hotel is perfect for a long stay. The staff is very kind and helpful. We can use laundry, fitness, and the barbeque for free. The location is great. Nearby are a lot of stores - Walmart, Aldi, Mcdonalds, Mod Pizza, Starbucks etc. We will definitely stay here again.

Convenient location right next to the base. They allowed me to check in early. The staff was friendly. They don’t provide housekeeping but I left my trash outside the door and it was collected. I also was able to get fresh towels daily. You can wash and dry your laundry for free. It is also right next to Walmart. I cooked meals for my sailor.

Everything was ok.

Staff very friendly, location was perfect for driving to military business. Wi-fi was better than most hotels I’ve stayed, I was able to play online games perfectly fine. Would recommend for any traveling military member with a rental vehicle.

Food and snack collection wasn’t much. Would like to see more fridges with cheese and cold beverages and a fancy hot coffee, chocolate or expresó that makes them for on the go.

Clean,friendly, safe environment and very close casino and lots of restaurants

The only thing I’ve noticed the couple times we’ve been there the toilets are low which means when you take a bath you can see all the dirt underneath the rim of the toilet. Otherwise the bathroom on the surface was clean
