The building is older and near the last exit before you enter Mexico. It was quieter than expected considering it is next to the freeway. It is close to the CBX crossing, about 4.5 miles away if you want some place to stay for early morning travel. The BEST part of this experience was GEORGE. I accidentally left an expensive phone charger. He was able to retrieve it and save it for me for until we got back a week later. I appreciate his customer service skills and honesty of the housekeepers. The room was bigger than we thought as it had a full size sleeper sofa. It could easily accommodate 4 people.

The breakfast was cleared earlier than we need it to be. Not their fault. :) It was more than we wanted to spend for less than 10 hours of use but their honesty and service were well worth it.

The staff in the evening were very kind and helpful.

Being charged 5.00 for a dirty wash cloth from spilled drink, and charged 25.00 for sheet because child woke up to a bloody nose and got 3 drops on it. I informed staff so they didn't remake the bed and not see it. A wash would've taken care of it. Crazy annoyed.

The room was very nice and comfortable. After a long travel day being greeted by Eddie at the counter was a joy. She was very upbeat and positive and very fun and helpful.

The front door did not look like a main entrance.

Close to Brown Field and the border. Free breakfast and the staff was very helpful.

The first room I was in smelled of sewer right next to the bed. I had to open the window and run the air/fan to clear the odor. Second room was fine. Remnants of homeless people living on the sidewalk by the hotel which was really filthy.

I would have loved if the counter staff was more polite. It is understandable the hotel has policies as well as customers have situations that need accommodation. At he end of the transaction she lowered her tone somewhat.

Close to the border and Brown Field. Fast food and an IHOP close by. Quiet but a lot of truckers stay here. Great, helpful staff.

Breakfast was only served 6am-9am. Should have ended until 11am, like most other locations Hot tube was not working

Needed a place overnight as I had an early flight out of TJ. Loved how quite the rooms were and the AC easily cooled the room. Bed was very comfortable and didn't wake up one time. Very clean as well. Front desk clerk was very cheerful and made the check-in process easy.
