Not the first time I've stayed here. Rooms and facilities are always clean. The staff is friendly and the location is safe and easily accessible. Whenever I have something in this area I stay here.

There isn't anything I didn't like. The property is as advertised. Including a breakfast would put it at 10/10 but its not a deal breaker with multiple food options around.

Comfortable, clean, nice.

Pay for parking, I didn't understand that. I have never paid to park at a hotel. The house cleaning staff left their carts in the middle of the hall instead of off to the side. We had to walk around them with our luggage in hand to get around them.

Despite it being a busy holiday weekend, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and had the added bonus of looking out on a park and lake.

Generally prefer hotels with included breakfast, but that is minor in the general scheme of things.

I requested a two adjoining rooms. The hotel accommodated that even though I checked in much later than expected. Unfortunately half of my party cancelled on me leaving me holding the back because I was beyond the cancellation deadline. The man behind the counter upon learning of my situation was gracious and allowed me to cancel one of my rooms late into the night, even though they had held both rooms for me all day. By the way, the hotel was very nice and the room and the beds were very clean. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott.

I really don't know what could have been better. Everything met my expecations.

Breakfast: Steelcut oatmeal & blueberries. Early Dinner: Chef Bryan consistently made yummy Cobb Salads!

Freeway noise. Manageable, however, with closed window & AC.

The location was perfect. A 10 minute uber ride and I had my choice ofva few strip malls.

The bathroom could be updated. There was a hair in the bathroom. The fridge needed some more attention.

Clean, light comfortable room.

Lights by bed didnt work. No fan or windiw in bathroom . I'm handicapped. Getting room up Ramp was difficult. Bistro hours too short!!!⁴ Telephone didn't work.

I liked the friendly courteous hotel staff. I really liked how quickly Maintenance came to our room to checkout the a/c and showed me that there was a thermostat on the wall when I did not notice one, it was not clearly stated that there was one, and it was not near the a/c unit. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The moment I turned on the hot water in the bathroom, it was hot almost immediately and in the shower as well, that was very very nice and appreciated.

The only thing I did not like was having to pay $15 for parking when there is not a gate to keep people out. Plus I stayed on a Wednesday night and the parking lot was not full by any standards. I could see parking on Friday, Saturday, but on a Wednesday when the hotel is not at 100% capacity is ridiculous for a one night stay, I was not even there a full 24 hours.

Perfect location for our event, comfy beds and lovely lake on grounds

No issues for us. Pool could have been bigger but we didn’t use it this trip anyway

Maybe just the door to the restroom was hard to open and close other then that everything was great
