I like the assistance and hospitality of the night shift, front desk associate. I was already having issues with a previous reservation at another place, which got canceled, in short bad day, so I decided to book at la quinta. I was limited to the amount of money due to the fact that the cancelation refund process from the previous booking would take 5-7 business days. Anyway I came to check in at la quinta late in the day and did not know there was a deposit fee. I explained my situation and he took initiative as a professional should do and accept any amount in cash as a deposit, then eventually said nevermind. We were then accomodated. Beautiful renovation of the hotel and specially the scenic views, and location to food and other needs very close.

Check in is 3pm, not 4pm at so many other places. It was sold out the night before so I couldn't check in early, that told me the place is popular; parking in large parking lot is free, also you can park close to your own room; location was right near the main freeways I needed (15 & 57) vantage is high on a hill with great visibility, interior design quite new with beautiful taste and artwork; large room for a very reasonable price; swimming pool looked very clean and maintained; ice machine which often hotels/motels don't have (or they're too far away; very comfortable bed. Now that I've found it, I will always book here when visiting a friend nearby.

The location was convenient and easy to get to. The parking lot was lit up well at night. I felt safe there as a solo traveler.

The parking lot and outside area need to be pressure washed as to not track dirt on the floors inside the room. The room was clean however the floor was not because of the tracking of dirt from outside.

That the gentleman working day of check in reassured that he tried to keep the family's close by as far as room location,

The bathroom light wasn't fully working all the way, but other than that we had a pleasant stay.few little black Nats flying around in the bedroom also.

Rooms were spotless and clearly refreshed recently. Big parking lot allowed us to park our U-Haul while we waited to help our son move into his apartment. Price for the accommodations was excellent. Good location, near Highway and excellent food across the street at Mi Ranchito.

The location, staff and room size were wonderful for a 5-day visit. The facility is older and there is much remodeling going on. The breakfast was just Continental no hot breakfast. Easy access and quite comfortable.

The lack of a hearty breakfast was our main issue. Our room was always quiet in spite of remodel and had all the Wi-Fi connections in great bed lamps in spite of being older. Even had freezer compartment in refrigerator

Very noisy construction was happening outside and very late throughout the night There’s also a drive-through right next so you couldn’t really sleep. You could hear the people giving their orders through the drive-through through the window.

It was comfy and just easy, room was a decent size considering having 2 double beds. Great location.

Floor in our room was dirty and could have used a mop. Other than that nothing that we disliked.

The bed frame was metal and made squeaky noises every time I moved. The shower head in the bathroom came off while I was showering. Could not finish my shower. Had soap and shampoo on my body and hair

Loved everything about this property and my stay. I had a bit of trouble with someone following me and the wonderful lady in the lobby hopped and helped me feel stay.

I was craving a bath but the stopper would not go down all the way. It did not stop me from putting pressure on it and taking my bath
