The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast room/lobby was inviting and also had plenty of space everyday. We never had trouble finding a table. The courtyard was also very inviting, we enjoyed the heated pool and spa and the little putting green. Also enjoyed the propane fire pits. Lots of parking, and it was only about a 20 minute drive from everywhere we wanted to go. Also close to lots of restaurants.

Minor complaint—staining on the outdoor furniture fabric was a little off putting, but I could see how that what would be hard to avoid.

Free breakfast was wonderful and breakfast staff quite friendly and helpful. Front counter was professional. The cleanliness superb. Outdoor swimming pool a huge bonus and the courtyard exceptionally pleasant. Quite high end for such a reasonable price.

My TV didn't work and the internet was down while I was there for a 2 day visit. They had a guy come to try to resolve the TV issue within 2 hours, but with no luck. Fortunately I didn't care really as time away from both was a good thing in my case. I could have got moved to a new room for some basic TV channels but didn't bother for this reason. I didn't enjoy hearing all the hotel's xmas music echoing throughout the courtyard throughout the evening. It's not even Thanksgiving yet but I guess that's a thing many places. Bah, humbug!

The staff was exceptional, especially Anthony, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were very good. I would highly recommend this hotel. Its location was perfect for all the activities my family had planned- Petco Park, the San Diego Zoo, and Old Town.

Very nice hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful and very nice. The room is a reasonable size (2 adults and 3 children). The room is very well equipped. The hotel has breakfast, free parking and a good pool. We visited the hotel for 4 days and it was always clean including the rooms. Located about half an hour by car from the city center

The Staff is AMAZING. The King Suites are the best. We had 2 King Suite inuts. Full amenities, I am very happy with our stay. We just left today I would definitely stay here again. Thank you,,,, the breakfast is far better than expected. Your staff greated me every day, with smiles, happpiness, freindley, .. I am so happy with our stay. you made it right, when the AC was out in my sons room. #405 Thank you

More towels at the pool are

Good sized rooms, great shower room, very clean, nice facility with pool for the kids, liked the fire pits for outdoor evening relaxation. Everything looks well kept and clean. They had a complimentary light meal Wednesday night. Check in /out was easy.

Ridiculous parking fee of 10 dollars a night. There is plenty of parking on their lot - front and back. Felt like they are trying to squeeze some extra money out of their guests without raising the room rate. Absolutely ridiculous. There is a Dennis on the same lot and Trader Joe's right across the street. Breakfast only till 9am

I loved how quiet our room was. I loved that we had a suite with a separate sitting room.

Our room had a bad smell and large stains on the floor. Not enough smoking section outside

Dust ruffle used as blanket (we replaced with extra blanket found in closet), loud drone of freeway that runs by hotel. That was more our fault however for using Booking instead of going directly through hotel since Booking typically doles out the less desirable rooms to its guests.
