The parking space with an electronic gate, full kitchen, clean linens, location, privacy. Everything was in working order. It’s a good size apartment and a good value.

Could’ve been cleaner. I had to wear slippers and do some of the cleaning from grease on the microwave. Grout in shower needs attention. Floor on either side of oven could be cleaned.

We’ve had multiple stays in LA but this was the best. Firstly, the location is great. There are a lot of restaurants with different cuisines in the area, and it takes 15-30min to get to Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice Beach. Besides that, the apartment was big, clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t experience problems with the WiFi. Communication with the owner was great, and Tiki was a very welcoming and friendly hostess. Hope to stay here again in the future!

There’s an auto garage next door which woke us up between 7-8am, for us, this was not much of a problem though and the pros surely outweigh this one con.

The place is so spacious and nice. Very clean and the couch is comfy. TV has streaming services! Good food around to order (we did that the night we arrived). The garage is a huge plus in LA! Tiki was amazing in checking us in and in resolving a slight issue we had with the gate codes. She was so nice and very responsive!

The bed is uncomfortable, especially for 2 people. My friend ended up sleeping on the couch. When I was alone it was ok, but it's squeaky and hard but springy. Could have used another towel per person for hair. Otherwise, our stay was great!

The accommodation was clean, large (larger than the photos suggested), secure and well located.

There was enough washing-up for two, which is complicated if you want to entertain (even if that's not the aim of this type of accommodation), so there's nothing to say about that.

Tiki is an amazing host! We will definitely use this location when we come back. Location was very accommodating and convenient point to travel between places in Los Angeles.

Highly recommend the place. If you will have or rent a car is that what you looking for. 15min to Santa Monica beach, 15min to Beverly hills, 15 min to Hollywood. 15 min to Staples center for Lakers or Clippers game . Good spot for any journey in Los Angeles.

Tiki is a fantastic host, very sweet, always cheerful, always helpful and available. The apartment is nice and comfortable. Would stay there again.
