This property met our needs perfectly. Easy to find…check in was smooth and parking was easy. Room was ready and as requested in upper floor and clean. Location was within easy walking distance to our concert event at BMO. This is great as we have future concerts scheduled in next few months and have already booked again here.

Although the room was facing campus and not fwy, there was noise from street but it is what it is. Also the price was a bit more than expected for a non brand hotel but for location and I think there was multiple events that weekend might have contributed to high price.

Staff were super nice and helpful! :) Rooms were clean and comfortable. Its walking distance from the BMO Stadium which was very convenient. I also loved the fact that the parking(40$/night) is right behind the hotel which also has a back entrance that's right next to the elevators. The food selection in the area was amazing! Overall this is going to be my new go-to hotel

bathtub was unusually high for some reason lol. Was a little take off guard with how high you needed to step up to get in, then again i'm 5'1 for reference lol.

Location was great for my purpose of stay Staff was courteous, in spite of several malfunction in the room , they tried their best to help At the end they could not fix anything , so offered 2 days of complimentary breakfast

there were complaints expressed to the front office staff, which did not get fixed to my satisfaction In room telephone did not work throughout the trip pressure in the showers was very low coffee machine was working inconsistently The fact that you had to pay for parking for a room guests , with a amount of $40, thats too steep, so we chose to park on the street.

The hotel has everything you need in a hotel and right across USC campus making it the best choice for someone visiting USC. The reception staff were especially very helpful and responsive. They accommodated our requests for adjoining rooms and also let us check in early which was great. Next day different staff at reception was equally accommodating and nice. Breakfast at McKay was very good. Would recommend this hotel as best choice for someone visiting USC.

The location is very close to USC campus and USC village where we can find lots of cafes, Target supermarket, Trader Joe's, Sephora and Fedex and Amazon counter. they provide infused water at hotel lobby

the air conditioner in the room must be checked, sometimes smells like polluted air, sometimes smells fine. I was in room number 923. please check the aircon

All of staff members were really nice and the room was very clean. It also came with complimentary toiletries like a razor and a dental kit among other things which was immensely appreciated during our family’s spontaneous trip. None of the hotels we’ve visited recently have had any of these things available so it was very nice to see. The bed was extremely comfortable and the parking garage was easy to navigate and nicely accommodated our large SUV. We didn’t have a need to order room service, but their menu had really great options. We will definitely be staying here again

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the bed was easily the most comfortable we encountered in our two week trip through the US. The location (between two stops on the E line) and an easy walk to all the museums at Expo Park was a big plus as well.

The road noise -even from the 7th floor- was louder than expected. They need to improve (or install) double glazing. One thing of note: If you are on the taller side (I'm 6'4") be careful when approaching the window. The curtain pelmet sets up an optical illusion. It appears to be flush with the window top when approaching it, rather than set back a foot and half into the room. The lighting and room dressing give no visual clues that there is a surface much closer than it looks -until you crack your head on it. You'd think I would have picked it up after the 5th time, but the optical illusion is very convincing. If you're tall, you may also find that the shower nozzle is a little low for your liking. Because of the raised bath, the nozzle was around about chest height on me.

The bed was huge & very comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner were good quality. I was really impressed they had cold waters waiting for us in the room & there was a light up makeup mirror that was so helpful in getting ready!

The shower was weird. You had to step up into it and so I was close to the ceiling but the water was hot so it wasn’t that bad just weird & a slip hazard getting out… but there was a bar to hold onto.

I liked everything about my stay. USC Hotel was chosen because it was near the location I was visiting. I am familiar with the area but it had been 20 plus years since my last visit. I was within walking distance of where I needed or wanted to be or I had the option to jump on the Metro Bus to get me there quicker. I felt safe...

I didn't like the selections from the Marketside and that it wasn't advertised. The only reason I knew it was there because I am familiar with the service.
