Loved the size of the pool and the depth was perfect for kids. The hot tub worked great and the sauna worked well, it was a neat experience, I didn't spend too much time there. The size of the hotel was nice, being on the first floor, we didn't have to walk far for the pool or breakfast. Breakfast had the usual quick grab and minimum options. But there was decent coffee, hot water, and a microwave. I accommodate and bring my own oatmeal and food. I enjoyed the artwork and decorations throughout the lobby. Would have been nice to have access to hot water after breakfast. But I Just heated up a cup of water in the microwave, I just like drinking hot tea throughout the day and to unwind. The room was cozy and comfortable. Could have used another chair. The bed wasn't bad, comfortable, just the headboard is too small for tall people. Needed more pillows and blankets, which we brought our own blankets. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Would return to this hotel again.

The room was very nice! Very Clean and Comfortable! The pool and hot tub were great - having the adult only hour for pool was appreciated after a long day of activity it was nice to just relax. The breakfast was good - had several options. It was a very pleasant stay!

The only thing I didn't like is there was not a table in the room or lobby where we could sit and eat. The lobby was beautiful, but we brought some lunch back with friends and could not eat together we had to eat in our rooms separately. Even in room there is only a desk not a table, so it was hard to have a meal for two in the room. It would have been nice to have a table in lobby or room or outside. Other than that, the stay was wonderful! Note - no freezer - just fridge.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was good. Coffee was hot and fresh with flavored syrups to choose from. Very happy that the sauna worked for after long days of snowmobiling in the cold and snowy temperatures. Comfortable and clean rooms.

My only complaint is that the hot tub was not working. That would have felt good after snowmobiling all day! But thankfully the sauna was working. And was very warm and comfortable. So that filled the spot of a non-working hot tub!

Pool was very nice! That was the reason for us booking! Slide and stairs up to the pool are getting rusty and need replacement (not just paint over). More light in the pool area would be nice. The nice lights were all turned off.

Breakfast was a little low. We were glad that something was there but it was very busy and not much left. That poor lady was so busy keeping up with all the traffic. She really needs help (not because she's not good (she is) but its too much for one person i think.

The pool was fun and the room was really nice. The sauna was hard to turn on, but the staff saw me struggling and someone came in to help. Super friendly environment!

The big slide didn't turn on until 4 pm, the pool and hot tub were a little too cool and the breakfast was honestly disappointing. The waffles were good (as always) but there was no other hot food available- just still frozen sausage patties/eggs and no way to heat them unless you brought it up to your room.

We chose this hotel due to the pool , the water slide , the breakfast and we were able to bring our dog with us to the hotel. We stayed for a week along with other family members staying there as well.The staff put our rooms close together..It was a nice family vacation. I would definitely return and book with them again.

The rooms were fairly new looking and were very clean. The hotel was very quiet which we appreciated. Staff was nice.

We were unable to use the phone in our room because it didn’t work and one of the lights were out above one of the beds and the freezer in the refrigerator had so much ice on it and in it that we couldn’t put food in it that we purchased. When we told the Desk clerk about these issues she really didn’t offer a solution to them. We asked her if they had a freezer we could put the food that we purchased in. She did say we could use their freezer for the night. The refrigerator was fine.

Great hotel. Room was clean and well furnished. Pool area was perfect for smaller kids...loved that it was shallow enough that my 6 yo kiddos could touch in every spot. Breakfast room was nice but cramped. Good selection of breakfast items.

It was a little farther from downtown Munising than I realized but that wasn't really a problem at all. It was an easy 3 mile drive to the boat tours and anywhere we wanted to go. I'd definitely go back.

The room was very comfortable and quite large. The pool area was nice and the sauna was nice. The location was convenient to the many attractions is a bit off the main area of town.

The breakfast was good however the staff of one had difficulty keeping up with demand. Coffee was often empty. The room did not have a coffee machine although a microwave and small refrigerator were present.

The dials on the sauna should probably be replaced, and I don’t know if it’s the toilet itself or just the way the plumbing is but room 106 you have to hold the handle down or it won’t flush and backs up. Or at least leave a plunger in that room. Breakfast is “eh”
