Excellent location. Neat and clean with good breakfast.

Feel offended when asked to show the room card at entrance by security while returning in night. However Same treatment was not given to other guest particularly westerns. Got special treatment for being Asian (My Gut feeling) Feel sorry for this treatment and will not be going again.

Location was great, I had an awesome view, friendly staff and there's a nice buffet with Starbucks on the 4th floor. Also, laundry area and a gym! I've included a view from my room, the Hudson river is just beyond those buildings - better in person.

Sheets were crappy, pilled and thin. The pillows were cheap foam that were very very uncomfortable. No bar or meeting area besides loud kind of lame lobby. Food options in lobby were really like airport snacks.

Courtyard by Marriott was a great central location, a few minutes walk from Times Square, Rockefeller Centre and Central Park. We stayed the week before Christmas which meant we could walk to all the Christmas tourist sites. There was a Christmas tree in the lobby, Christmas music playing, and they served free hot chocolate, cookies and candy canes each afternoon. The room was small but functional, clean and comfortable. As a family of 4 we shared one room with 2 double beds, there was a small wardrobe, and a fridge where we could store snacks from the local deli. The rooms are quiet, you can not hear your neighbour. We were on a high floor and could hear some siren noises, but it never wok us, and you are right in the heart of Manhattan so it is to be expected! The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend for a good value hotel within walking distance of many tourist sites.

We didn't take the hotel breakfast, which was $30 each, as could get a deli breakfast for 4 people for that price. Otherwise, nothing to complain about!

The location couldn't have been better to explore the city from, very close to the subway, lots of places to eat nearby, walking distance from Broadway shows and Times Square. The room was clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We also liked having the option to do our laundry in the hotel, super helpful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The thermostat was a little tricky to use, and often ended up either too warm or too cold, but we managed. The water pressure in the shower could have been better, it was a little weak but ok. The shower door also didn't close properly and would get stuck. Minor issues, but enough for us to not give it a perfect score, especially for the price.

We stayed here and it was fantastic for both location and comfort. The proximity to the iconic attractions made it easy to explore the city on foot, with Broadway theaters and great dining options just minutes away. The rooms were clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for NYC. Special thanks to Gen, who helped us with check-in and kindly provided a high-floor room with a stunning view. The staff was attentive and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking to be in the heart of Manhattan while enjoying a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend!

Was very grateful that the hotel accommodated my request for an accessible room as I had injured my foot. The room was quite comfortable and the bathroom was quite spacious. The staff were also extra accommodating and helpful because of my disability

The shower head in the room could not be adjusted (2705) and the conditioner pump didn’t dispense any product. Coffee pods were not replenished after the first day and only tea pods were given on our subsequent days.

This was the least expensive higher rated hotel in NYC for our dates. Breakfast was included and excellent. It was in a huge, nicely decorated and cozy room on the 3rd floor and offered multiple options. Staff, cleanliness, view ( 20th floor) and location were excellent. It is just a few blocks away from Central Park and close to great restaurants and attractions but not intensely crowded.

The decor did not put the hotel in its best light and I think detracted from its otherwise great qualities. Check in was delayed and while waiting I ordered food at the bar (4th floor) , although in a large room it felt like an afterthought. With a little effort they could make it as inviting and attractive as their breakfast room. Bar tender was very friendly and helpful though. Elevators were often prohibitively slow and that was the first time I have encountered that issue in a hotel or anywhere.

Honestly, I love everything about this hotel. The location has many walking distance to where you want to go in Times Square, Broadway, or Central Park. The room was so comfortable and roomy. I may not be able to wake up in time for breakfast, but I enjoyed the food offered for breakfast and the beautiful view. Level of service was always professional and kept guests in mind. Check in was as quick and efficient as checking out. The bathroom was nice and clean. The view is especially worth experiencing day and night.

The tub was sometimes filling up with water to soon. The bathroom was really clean.
