It was comfortable . The pool was nice. .. I could see my teenage children in the pool from the window in my room so that was great! I like that breakfast is served until 11!

There was no channel guide or wifi instructions. Also the lady that helped with breakfast was super confusing but she was nice. Tried calling down for extra blankets and never got an answer, it was like 12am and ..also there were kids running up and down the hallway all night, that's why I didn't want to go to the desk for blankets! Which didn't really bother me but the other patrons were getting upset they kept knocking on doors, which isn't really the establishment's fault......

This Hotel once again has proven as to why they are a five star hotel once checking in, the manager Jacqueline has accomadated us to their newly renovated rooms! and it was beautifully designed with a contemporary retro feel. This is by far one of the best hotels in Mt.Laurel. This is my 6th stay here and its always a great experience there especially with the caring staff and their exceptional managers Jacqueline and Leandra Thank you!!

The indoor pool area needs a little TLC and the jaccuzi hot tub was not working.

Very clean, nice spacious room with a balcony. Bed was extremely comfortable so were the pillows and linens. Parking was a non issue, I was able to park in front by reception both nights. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Cookies given out at check-in was a cute touch. I liked that there were carts available for bags and one was delivered to the room at check out. I was also given a late check out at no charge which was amazing and the hotel was also a really short ride from downtown Philly.

There wasn’t anything I did not like. It was a great stay, I have zero complaints and would definitely stay there again.

Good size of the rooms, the gym although it was adapted because of the remodeling was ok and functional. The breakfast was good and the omelette guy was very gentle.

During my third night the alarm of the entire building went off and we had to go out into the street in the cold without many instructions from the staff. Waiting for the fireman to arrive. And during my last night, the heating in my room didn't work and I spent the entire night at 63°F. My room was very cold and I woke up with throat sore and a cold.

I requested for an omlet and it was brought to me nice and hot. I offered to pay for my food before getting it and i was told before paying you 1st enjoy eating. The staff was very nice they went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The restaurant manager kept me laughing.

Even though I paid for the hotel room before i came I still had to pay a deposit before getting the room. And the deposit does not get refunded when you check out. Other than that every thing else was wonderful.M

We arrived early evening and we were greeted by two very pleasant male receptionists. We asked where we could go out to dinner and they graciously guided us. However, since it was raining, we decided to eat at the hotel’s restaurant. The food and service was perfect! We had a very nice night. The king room is spacious and well divided, plenty of space for luggage. Mini kitchen counter is also extremely helpful. We enjoyed free coffee in the morning. Hot breakfast was around $15 per person. The receptionists were constantly checking on us by text message and they were extremely helpful and resourceful when we had questions. Overall very nice experience

Personally I am not a fan of carpeting in hotel rooms, I feel it is never clean enough

The room was huge and super modern- everything was incredibly clean and comfy. We were given warm cookies as a welcome and the tvs in our room said our name to welcome us in. It went way above my expectations.

The only issue is that the hotel is huge, so if you’re placed in a far-back room the walk to the front desk could take you 4 minutes or so. But well worth the walk!

Clean, affordable and quiet. Loved our room. Close to places we like to visit.

The pool was closed but that was understandable. Only thing I didn’t like about the room is the bedroom door. It’s a slider and there’s no way to get a good handle on it to close and open fully without risking your fingers.

Perfect location, very close to medical procedure site. Room was immaculate & modern. Front of house, housekeeping & restaurant staff were wonderful.
