Breakfast was great. Location is outstanding. The best thing about the whole trip was the staff. Everyone from the desk clerk, the cleaning crew and even the maintenance guys were so nice and helpful. Each person I met always said good morning or hello and asked how I was doing.

The only bad thing was the ice maker on the 2nd floor was busted.

The location was the best place for your entrainment and food.

The smell of the room when you first open the door wasn't a pleasant smell. I always travel with a small can of deodorizer which eliminate the smell.

Very good location just off I 95 with access to Lake Gaston - it was very nice that they accept pets as we travel with our two small dogs the rooms were renovated and very clean

The bathroom tub was dirty one bar of soap ask lady from housekeeping about soap and need towel she look lost

The door jamb to the room looked like it had been broken into. I was uncomfortable all night .

First floor room, was very clean and everything worked. Had a refrigerator ,microwave and a coffee maker. Free wifi and free breakfast in the lobby.

Location, parking car outside my door , quick and easy registration, friendly staff!

Rugs in poor shape, bathroom needs updating

The property was in a great location for traveling. Easy on and off of the Hi-way. Convenient to stores and restaurants.

Respect for Covid-19 restrictions were in place. Breakfast was provided safely in the lobby. Our room was well furnished and provided a good nights sleep. We even received a 1 hr late check out.

Smaller toilet/shower had poor caulking. HVAC was louder than expected and "Clunked on and rattled off" Entry door stuck, and we had to push hard. All minor negatives, compared with "Marriott" , my go to choice.
