I loved the view and the privacy away from everyone. The food was delicious. The staff was great. The place was so clean.

I didn't like that I requested to have my room cleaned the day before I checked out. Nobody showed up to clean my room or checked to see if we needed towels, bath clothes, or trash bags.. The prices of guest food is really to expensive., the rooms are expensive enough. I think if you stay at least three nights you should get a free mail ticket for two guest to show appreciation. Overall it's a wonderful place.

The hotel had easy access off the highway and was close to a gas station. It is by itself, with not much around. Undergoing renovations, so it was a bit messy. The staff were very friendly. The beds were awesome as were the TV and internet. The toiletries were nice and the tub was low enough not to be a problem for people with mobility issues. Shower pressure was good and the water was hot. Seemed to be well insulated against outdoor noises. Loved having a bar and small restaurant on the proerty.

There is only one small lamp between the beds, which is not good if one person wants to read. There were no available/accessible electrical outlets or USB charging ports. We got lost trying to leave in the dark at 4.00 a.m. - no markings to show you the egress!

Spotless! Haven't been in such a clean hotel in decades! Air conditioning worked. No mold in bath. Mostly quiet. Very convenient-right off exit.

Booking.com stated "breakfast included." It was not. $15 each for flavorless food that we couldn't eat. Also had to wait 10min for coffee that was room temp! Do yourself a favor and go to another exit for bfast at Cracker Barrel, Dunkin Donuts etc!!

We like staff. Dinner good but breakfast weak.

We have stayed a few times. Hotel is aging but still good value for money. Carpets need upgrade and breakfast should be included. Will look for another hotel next time. Not nearly as nice as Embassy Suite we stayed at the night before.

Very nice rooms, very clean everywhere. Front desk man that checked us in was wonderful and helpful. Hotel is far enough off the interstate that you don't hear traffic.

We were given free breakfast vouchers for the restaurant, however the restaurant was closed the next day(?) Lots of people were disappointed. The pillows were flat when you lay on them.

This is a very nice place. This was our third time staying here. Breakfast and dinner meals are available and the food is good. Our evening server was particularly sweet, and took the time to make a special recognition of our anniversary after we had mentioned it was our 37th. Our room was excellent and everyone was pleasant and polite.

we got to our room it was very clean. Went down to the restaurant for a bite to eat and some cold adult beverages which was a bonus. we got back to our room and noticed the heat was not working so I got on the elevator and ran into the Maintenace man and told him about our problem he went right to our room to check it out. the fan on the unit was bad he contacted the front desk and they contacted an someone from home to replace it. He was at our room and the two of them repaired it quickly. the hotel was book up so they did not have any other rooms available I though it was great customer service. the hotel was very quite and comfortable I will book this hotel again.

The location.

I had to order DoorDash bc the restaurant was closed before 7:30. Also, I specifically paid in advance for a King room only to arrive on time to be told that my King was no longer available and a Queen double was offered. No adjustments to cost or offer of anything due to the inconvenience.

The cleanliness and the restaurant in the lobby. My one night day was just perfect. I also like their little grocery store that had all my favorite snacks.

The poor little pregnant kitty cat that approached me right before I was ready to leave. I felt so sorry leaving the kitty cat behind.

Absolutely loved my stay, we was in town for a funeral and the staff was very understanding and warm welcoming!!! The men who worked this morning. 3/9/25 around our check out (7-8 ish) I believe. They was very sweet! Didn’t catch names.

That I couldn’t stay longer!!!! lol
