It was very close to where family lives. The room was quiet and very conducive to sleep! Each concierge was very welcoming.
The smell of the carpet cleaner (I think that's what it was) in the lobby and hallway was very strong, and for me, overwhelming. Fortunately, it was not in the room.

Room was big and it was clean, bed was very comfortable. staff was very friendly and helpful..
The lobby , hallway and elevator had lots of mud on the floors .. Breakfast was not that great, eggs and sausage were not very tasteful...

100$ a night, with amazing breakfast, amazing staff, travelling family of 4, kids were so excited and liked hotel so much (and I agree price/quality match is a bargain!!!) so Family is insisting for the next trips, not to book any more Hiltons, Sheratons, or Marriott's!!! Quality Inn's only!!! No surprise the hotel was sold out! And amazing cookies for the guests? Amazing!!!
Hotel is a bit dated, of course, but seriously. 100$ a night, with amazing breakfast. will be using Quality Inn chain from now on, no doubts!!! Goodbye Hiltons, Sheratons, or Marriott's!!!

The food was good. Selections were adequate.
The woman taking care of the breakfast could have been a little more cordial. The first words out of her mouth were we close in 15 minutes. We made our selections. She started closing up. She couldn't wait to get out of there.

Checked in late. The desk was very helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.
Maybe put a tissue box in the living room. I hate to go to bathroom everytime I need a napkin.

Perfect location for a night stop travelling back to Toronto from the States. And check in famous cookies 🍪🍪🍪🍪
AC was way noisy, missing some screws, also room was a bit smelly of mold or something... But all in all it was OK.

I hung a sign on door so housekeeping would not come in and they did anyway and put the sign in the door behind papers so I couldn't see it.

The light switches were upside down, but that really only bothered us because we were extremely tired from an 800 mile drive.

We stayed in Towanda because it is located between Rickett's Glen and Watkin's Glen.
Pool was closed for repair.

I liked that all of the rooms are non smoking since I have pretty bad asthma.
The elevator made some weird noises but I don’t think it was broken at all.
