Charisma at the front desk was amazing. Her happy and warm welcome when we arrived set the tone for our wonderful stay. She was very professional and offered perks we didn't know was available. The room was wonderful and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The staff were the friendliest, most helpful hotel employees that I’ve ever encountered. I don’t say that lightly. They helped with a logistical issue I had with one of my family members. They followed up, remembered details and were exceedingly pleasant to work with. Both of my family’s rooms were immaculate.

Truthfully, I have nothing bad to say about the place.

I missed the breakfast, but the desk staff were very nice & Friendly and gave me a travel pack for the road! :-) Very friendly and helpful, Tabatha & Destiny? were great! :-)

The fat screen did not work, i had already disrobed for the evening, so i didn't bother the desk clerk, i just caught up on my reading! :-)

Location is at a quiet end of town. Breakfast had a lot of options!

The pool was very crowded at what seemed like all times of the day. I don't think there is anything to be done about that. It was popular to be sure!

Staff was so friendly! The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious! There were so many choices to eat.

I wish there was a comfy chair for reading in my room and the bed was just ok for me.

Everything the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Hallway were very clean too. I forgot my ring in the room and they mail it to me.

The stream running behind the motel was lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee 24/7 was nice.

When I arrived at the hotel there was a sign saying the pool was closed due to unfortunate circumstances. In the morning there was someone cleaning the pool. I was looking forward to the pool and was disappointed with the unfortunate circumstance.

Loved the shower and all the toiletries provided. Room was quiet and spacious.

the pool was down for maintenance, spa was still open. laundry closes at midnight i think and i had to bother staff to let me get in to get my clothes.
