The hospitality once entering the hotel was wonderful along with the amenities. It was clean and quiet which what is needed after a long day of traveling. The hotel room itself was clean and perfect. The shower/bathroom as well as stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, make up remover, etc just in case if you forgot anything. We stayed in a 1-bedroom queen that was well put together. It was nice staying at a place where you know you were taken cared of.

How the front desk lady accommodated

Our room was next the exit door but that first night the door kept making a terrible loud noise. Everytime someone would use it, I was woken up. The next morning I went down to the front desk and told the front desk how it kept waking me up due to the loud sound. I left for hours but the was never fixed. That evening I went back to the front desk and there was another front desk lady there, she was a big help. She apologized for the inconvenience and moved us to another room and also upgraded us to a suite. She was so helpful

The noise at night!!! Omg We’re bad. A lot of thumbing noises, door shutting loud! And I would never get an adjoining room because the room next-door. The doors were so thin and actually you could see the light underneath the door. Whoever stayed next to us was very loud Kind of scary cause I have a grandbaby in my room

Location was great! It's off the main highway..It's walkable to Starbucks across the street. I'm very picky of hotels I stay in. I'm all about cleanliness!. This Holiday Inn, I find to be very nice. Bed was comfortable, room very clean! and quiet. Plenty of parking that I could see. Rooms were sold out after I checked in. The staff was very friendly and welcoming 🙏

I can't say that there was anything I didnt like about it.

The room was comfortable and had what we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the customer service was great! Having a pool, gym and a laundry room was awesome. Even though the hotel was packed, parking was not an issue which was nice. Check in and out was a very simple process.

The bathtub was clogged, the toilet was not cleaned properly and the sink was rusted it made the water discolored. We ended up using bottled water to brush our teeth and wash our hands. Everything else in the room was fine.

We stayed for one night, breakfast was not bad, internet was good .

Unfortunately there is another Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston NW Cypress and we went to that one claming we had a Booking com reservation, but learned we had to drive another 12 minutes after a six hours drive from New Orleans which was too tiring! Wished there would be a significant name difference between the two hotels!

Upon arrival. The Desk Personnel made the check in process expedient. Very good customer service. The facility was well lit and has modern features. The rooms were clean, fresh and equipped with A Keurig, microwave, iron, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had everything that you needed for hygiene. Breakfast was delicious and there were multiple options. Overall stay would be 9.7 Definitely would stay again.

The people in the room above me kept me up all night the first night.

The hotel was clean, spacious, and modern, but the customer service left much to be desired. When we ran out of body wash, we had to call several times and waited almost an hour without any response. My husband had to visit the reception desk twice, and only on his second trip was he finally given the body wash. Despite this disappointing experience, I would still recommend the hotel.

Front desk female made our stay amazing, she was very nice, friendly also made us feel so Welcome to be in Texas. From us Hawaii people we would like to say MAHALO to your employee. I forgot her name.

Second night at the hotel housekeeping took our towels from the night before but did not give us new towels for the second night

Food was great and staff were approachable. New hotel. There is a good Taco food truck just beside it.

The first room assigned to us has a refrigerator that had a liquid leaking with a very strong odor that seems like from a soiled food. It was leaking up to the carpet and stunk the entire room. There were some dirt on the floor that already sticked to the carpet. Maintenance/cleaning staff were not available after 5 pm so were got moved to another room, however, the beddings were not complete, There were no extra beddings for the sofa bed. The lady from the front desk gladly provided some sheets however, there was no blanket available so I was given 3 bed sheets to use as a blanket.
