We like the amenities for the value. Cleanliness was top-notch. We appreciated the options of both the swimming pool and fitness center.

The breakfast was adequate. We appreciated the hot options. This is the only area that I felt could be somewhat enhanced to be equivalent to other similarly ranked hotels I have stayed at recently.

Clean, great service. We got last minute notice that our original hotel could no longer accommodate us, and we found a room at AmericInn. It was a bit out of the way and when we arrived at midnight, the front desk person was so kind. He apologized for the stressful experience with the original hotel, and even upgraded our room to something that would better suite our family for the night.

They forgot to tell me how to get my room cleaned and exchange of towels every day! 3 days with no room service!

You never get enough towels and no one came the second day to clean, get fresh towels, empty the trash or clean.
