Man, this is the best hotel I've been in around here. It has literally everything I want in a hotel room. Fridge, cooktop, convection microwave, the exact pots and pans I needed... I was worried about a strainer and a can opener. No need! They had it! The outlets have USB ports, there are full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted to the shower. And lotion and hand washing soap at the sink. Extra blankets in the closet. Even a laundry basket, although I didn't get to do any laundry there. Ur room key works on the side stairwell doors. Um, what else....oh yeah there are snacks for sale at the front desk. As well as common household stuff.... The breakfast! Oh! The breakfast! It was SO GOOD! Omg I didn't have enough room for everything I wanted. The omelette and sausage were fire. They also have hard boiled eggs, oatmeal w all kinds of add-ins, pancakes with options such as chocolate chips and mashmallows. Bagel options.. A toaster. Cream chese, jam, all that stuff. The layout is a bit confusing. It feels a rat maze. But really, it lends to thej privacy. Nothing else at all. It has ALL the luxuries without the pretense.

The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I've experienced. They had a complete set of dishes and silverware, and a good set of cooking utensils. Also had spices and all the miscellaneous extras that made cooking that much easier. The bed was very comfy, and the tub was low to the ground which made using the shower not so difficult. While the unit furniture seemed a bit dated, it was very functional, and I believe they are remodeling the hotel. The location is good as it is near a lot of restaurants and a large shopping mall - plus easy access to the freeways.

They were remodeling the hotel, and the front lobby was closed. We left late, and by then the upstairs room was noisy, as they were using it to get materials into the hotel. But it was after check out time - so not really a problem.

This was my 2nd time staying there and both times I thought the rooms were very spacious and clean. The newly remodeled rooms are absolutely stunning. There’s even more space & it’s SO clean. Thank you for your hospitality too. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful.

Both times I have been there, I couldn’t get the TV’s to work. Front desk doesn’t know how to get it working either. Watching tv on a trip is a treat so that was a bummer. Wish you had better coffee & creamer in the rooms. Elevator sucked. Didn’t bother waiting for it.

Great room for a family. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Big open living area. There is a small kitchen, but it has everything you need to make a meal. The morning breakfast has a small selection as they were renovating during our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Renovations were happening during our stay, but that just means it will be better soon. The pool and hot tub are located outside so we were not able to use it.

A beautifully remodeled facility in a quiet area. Super friendly and helpful staff, from front desk to maintenance and environmental services. Room was great with well stocked kitchen. Full sized fridge, two burner stove, microwave/convection oven dishwasher and sink. Plenty of outlets for charging and power.

Breakfast was pretty standard prepackaged and warmed up fare, but you could always cook your own in your room! ;)

We needed a room at the last minute so this was an impromptu stay. Great lay out of room, and having a full kitchen access was great. We were able to sit down together and have a real meal after travel. . Big sized bathroom was awesome to get ready together.

The bathroom tub was TINY for a wheelchair access room. We paid more hoping for more space. No way to run the dishwasher, wanted to clean up before we left. Couch was DISGUSTING and covered in older... stains. We covered it with a sheet to sit on it because it looked so gross. Breakfast in the AM was only slightly worth the price. It took almost 20 minutes to bring out the main foods when out and by that time we wanted to leave. Maybe have some other GF options so people don't have to wait so long?

Exceptional room. Great space and location. Great for a family with 2 seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. However massive renovations were very noisey, disruptive and everywhere. No amenities were available. Also breakfast was not in location that we were told so we missed it. Had to pay extra for parking in own hotel lot which wasn’t on booking site.

The staff were so friendly, the room was super clean and comfortable, the hot tub was relaxing and hot, what more could I ask for?!

There were some construction noises, but the hotel is actively being remodeled, to make it even better for guests (can’t be mad at that). The noise was only during work hours, so I could still relax in the afternoon.

The rooms are refurbished and they did a great job. They are very modern looking and nice to come home to.

Construction going on the hotel. Makes sense, it is not a busy time of the year. Lots of noises during the daytime and a smaller breakfast to enjoy for free but no place to sit down since their dinner area is also getting remodel.

Awesome getting breakfast before starting the long trip ahead that we had. Tasty sandwiches, coffee and fruit etc. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful! We were stranded due to a storm and everyone there was so nice and helpful. They even offered to drive us to the airport in the middle of a storm. The bed was comfortable, the room was cozy and clean. We had a great stay especially considering the circumstances of why we were there! Would definitely stay again. They had a nice looking hot tub too, wish we weren't too tired from traveling to use it!
