Hotel had changed ownership after I booked and my reservation had been cancelled. Booking.com had not notified me, and in fact just changed the existing booking to have the hotel’s new name. Fortunately he hotel was not fully booked and the receptionist agreed to honour the original booking price even though it had increased with the new ownership. Also upgraded me to a suite to compensate for the inconvenience. Very limited options in the locale for evening food, and what there was shut early. Not the hotel’s fault, but it made dining awkward. Breakfast was pretty poor, but similar to many other places we stayed at on our road trip that were equally poor or worse.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location right off the freeway and fuel is great. It was quiet. You could hear trucks as they slowed as we were close to a truck stop, but did not disturb our sleeping.

Guest ice machine was down, but, staff did deliver ice from the bar when we requested it. I wish bacon was an option for breakfast for those that have nightshade allergies. Paprika is a go to in most sausage that would cause issues being a nightshade. I realize sausage is the economic choice and I enjoyed it. My partner could not due to a nightshade allergy.

Room was nice And clean. Bed was comfy and had plenty of pillows. All in all was a great room. There is a bar down stairs and you can take ur drinks back to your room also..breakfast was included but I'm not a breakfast person but they had a good selection of food

There was a party in the bar that evening and the people that were in the room above me were quite loud and u could feel the vibration of them jumping around up stairs, would of thought in this day and age the construction and noise dampening would be part of the building process but next time I will just ask for upper floor.. I did call front desk and asked them to call up stairs and ask them to quiet down and after that it was great tho

The room was big, and the furniture very good. We had a comfortable bed, with a nicely designed couch/light/set of shelves. Modern clean bathroom. We would stay there again.

The yard around the hotel is concrete for quite a ways. Would be nice to have a garden and trees of some sort. Not very important. We liked the place.

Friendly staff, VERY clean. Loved that there were shelves in the bathroom for toiletries—wish the higher-end hotels would do that!

Side entry door to stairwell did not close properly so even though it said your key card was required for entry, anyone could enter the property through that door.

We traveled there for a Gorge concert and our stay was wonderful. The only two things I would say is no coffee maker, glad I picked up my own and the ice machine in the reception and not easily accessible.

I loved the location, the atmosphere, the decor was cute, beds were comfy. Coffee shop next door was good. Breakfast was delicious.

Shower was the slightest bit over Luke warm and the non smoking room smelled strong like cigarettes.

new, convenient for George, which has no other hotel or motel nearby. Room was comfortable, bathroom was good, bed was good.

smelled strongly of disinfectant everywhere which was objectionable. the breakfast was ok, but most choices were empty when we got there at 8:30am on a Sunday. Juice was a pre-packaged generic brand and coffee creamer was mediocre as no half and half was available. The listed address doesn’t actually take you to the parking lot entrance, but to an unfinished gravel field with poor access to the parking lot.

Great room, very clean. Comfortable bed.

I had a crappy upstairs neighbor not the hotels fault but geez I didn’t sleep much with him stomping around. I would have liked breakfast but I start work at 6.

For some reason, the cold water tap in the bathroom produced lukewarm water no matter how long it was runnnig. Not a big deal.
