I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a remarkable experience. After a disappointing stay at another hotel across town, this place was like a breath of fresh air. The room was not only clean but also had a modern and updated design, which made my stay exceptionally comfortable. The spaciousness of the room was a pleasant surprise, giving me ample room to relax and unwind. But what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. From the moment I checked in, I found them to be not only friendly but also incredibly easy to work with. They went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and spacious room with a staff that truly cares about your comfort and needs. It turned my trip around and made it a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to this town.

A location that provides a good west view over Wenatchee and is close to restaurants and shopping. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The front desk noted - as we walked in - that we had picked up a salad from Costco and offered us plates and cutlery. We would stay again.

Nice interior design, welcoming lobby, comfortable beds, spacious showers. The morning breakfast had lots of choices and the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly.

I wish there was a hot tub in the pool area and that the pool was a little larger (for lap swimming).

We loved the property itself, and the staff here were exceptional! The breakfast was really good.

The pool was rather small, and definitely needed a clean unfortunately there was no hot tub but other than that, we loved everything here.

Typical hotel, clean, well-run. Seemed to handle our large group without any problems.

Our shower curtain was situated such that water pooled on the floor every time we used the shower. There was no way to arrange it so that that did not happen.

Clean, modern, and the location is in a good area (Wenatchee can be hit or miss sometimes). It was a great place to come back to crash after a concert at the gorge! Staff were very friendly.

Very minor complaint. The pillows sucked. I’ll bring my own pillow next time I stay here.

the hotel looks modern and clean. the rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave. the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was included in price and it was great! the view right across the hotel (the mountains) is beautiful!

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the pool, it was small and the water wasn’t warm enough, it was hard to get in, my toddler’s lips turn purple after about 45 mins in the water. Also the tile around the pool was so slippery! My toddler slipped and landed on her nose. I can’t believe they picked such slippery material around a pool, it’s very dangerous.

I understand that everyone is trying to save the planet by not using too many towels but our room wasn’t made up after we left the first day and the worst part was they didn’t refill the coffee. We had to go downstairs and ask for coffee and cups

Overall, a nice facility. Better than average breakfast.

No literature about area. Intake clerk didn't even know how to help us find the Conference Center. Very surprised at lack of help.
