The staff was exceptional and friendly, and the room was very clean!

There were three of us in the room with a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Strangely, there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed, and we had to call the front desk to bring them up (this was promptly done). Additionally, the sofa bed was not very comfortable, and my back and neck hurt the next day.

Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and enjoyable, whole site was very tidy.

People letting their children run back and forth all night above our heads. The hotel cannot do anything about this so this should not reflect bad on this hotel. Maybe invest in a few more seats in the pool area but overall praise from us for actually having a clean and working hot tub and pool. Thanks.

The bed was very comfortable including the variety of pillows. I arrived in temperature of around 100 degrees and the air conditioning was on in my room. That was appreciated so much. Breakfast was a nice assortment of the usual motel food.

When I asked the woman how checked me in if there was an entrance besides the main entrance she replied, “yea over there somewhere.” Not very helpful when my arm were going to be full of luggage and a pet.

Staff were kind and helpful. We didn’t take advantage of the pool or exercise room, but will next time.Room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast didn’t have many options if you’re gluten free. It was very basic, but was probably fine for those that could eat gluten.

Exceptional staff, however we were awake 5 of the 8 hours we were trying to get. The noise upstairs was unbearable. Non,-stop running and walking from about 9 pm on through the night until we finally fell Sleep then again started early morning. We left exhausted.

Convenient location, very clean and secure. My room was tucked away in a corner and it was so quiet and just what I was looking for! Staff were very friendly and the room was spotless.

It’s a bit loud right on the main drag, but the convenience of the location is a good trade.

Good location near restaurants, clean, pool area was well kept, breakfast good, staff pleasant. The room was clean, bathroom clean, everything worked (like tv, lights) and most of all room was quiet .

One thing only - there was a live cockroach in the bed ahhh!

The beds in the room were comfy. The breakfast was ok. The food tasted rubbery. But kids were runny and jumping from the room above us. Make sure you bring your own snacks. As there is not much there in the vending machines.

People above us were loud. Running and jumping. The breakfast could have been better. It tasted rubbery. Hardly any snacks in the vending machine.

Room 215, handicapped accessible, even had a shower chair! bed was clean and comfortable and room was cooled upon arrival (hot day/warm evening)

mini fridge wasn't very cold and failed to cool the drinks we put in it even when we turned it up a little.
