I loved visiting the on-site bar called The Grotto - lovely bartenders and staff. The lunch and breakfast restaurant offers a small selection, but still very delicious (I would recommend the pastrami sandwich). The lofted room was very interesting and fun to stay in. There's also many places to walk around and adventure upon during your stay.

Upper loft level doesn't have a bathroom, so keep that in mind if you usually have to use the bathroom late at night! Dark outside at night, and a little easy to get lost on the first nihht.

The hotel is charming and located in beautiful nature. This means it is somewhat far from the center of Leavenworth which we were happy about but others may not. The rooms have a lot of character and we absolutely loved how spread out the resort was.

We loved everything, but if I had to pick one thing, it would be the restaurant. The main restaurant was closed for renovation, and while dinner at the "breakfast" cafeteria was good, it could be better.

This place has a cute, camp like atmosphere with really pretty accommodations. Our room was so clean, cozy and comfortable. The bed was so relaxing. You walk paths to get to the restaurant, office, pool ect. Cars are left in a close parking area. It’s very quiet here.

The staff should offer to take your luggage to the room for you via the carts or golf cart. Older people will struggle. In bad weather I would not like dealing with this by myself.

I love staying here with family and alone, plenty of things to do on the resort territory as well as in the Leavenworth itself. Beautiful inside and outside! Always beyond expectations, very friendly staff, beautiful and warm cozy rooms. Perfect for any occasion - family getaways, digital detox/alone time (there's no TV in the room which is awesome), or for romantic getaways - you name it! Also I have to say - they have amazing showers with great water pressure!!

Restaurant on the premises wasn't great, food was barely warm and no variety of vegetarian options. But I have to admit, I'm just being picky here.

Super bummed the old, fabulous hot tub is gone. That was one of my favorite property features. Please provide a digital option (QR code in the room) to tip housekeeping - I never have cash. Thank you. Grady’s is too darn bright. I also miss the real fireplace in The Grotto. That was super charming. The Grotto has lost much of its appeal.

The beautiful surroundings and the peacefulness was just what was needed for this sister birthday time together. Met wonderful other travelers. The staff where all so kind and professional. That is very important. The beds were amazing to sleep and sit on.

It is not a matter of liking as it is the honoring of the art exhibits. Ware and tear noted but would love to see the fishes missing paint or mosaic pieces replaced and fountain at our area functioning. My sister mentioned a sitting area in the loft space would be nice. Going to Bookings in order to get room < 2 weeks notice vs using room through Sleeping Lady web site. Thanks.

restaurant dinner menu needs some more child menu options, otherwise its $25 for fancy grill cheese for an 8yr old, breakfast for three at the buffet came to $75!

Everything but the heating system.

It was a very cold night but in our room the heater was blasting cold air only. So we had to turn it off in order to prevent the room getting colder. We called the front desk but didn’t get much support. But we had enough blankets to keep us warm.

Nestled in the mountains. Beautiful any time of the year.

It would be great if the on site restaurants provided more vegan options ; I hope the resort doesn't lose it's integrity since the original owner's passing. She had areal vision. Spa area (hot tub) is very small, often gets crowded

Staff at front desk were friendly and accommodating, bed was very comfortable, the towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice surprise. Fun activities to do at resort and short drive into town. We loved it and want to come back!

Not really easy walking distance to the shops in Leavenworth but a short drive
