The staff were so nice and helpful! We loved how close everything was, walking around town was really easy. Tasty breakfast in the morning! The crochet egg coozies that looked like chickens were so cute, and they even had them for sale! The Solstice Suite with the steam shower was heavily! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The lights in the main bathroom were very dim. Also noticed that one of the sconces was broken and had a piece of glass missing. Could not figure out how to turn the hall lights off, I don't think they had a switch.

Super comfy bed and wonderfully soft sheets. Thoughtful Christmas decorative touches like the Christmas tree in the room. We were in the Spring Suite which had a beautiful view, cozy fireplace and jetted tub. The room was spacious with comfortable furnishings. The fridge and wet bar area with coffee making facilities was nice. Quick stroll up 9th and we were in the thick of the main fun area of town with all the lights, shops and restaurants.

A microwave would have been useful. Towel rails are often scarce in hotels and this is no exception. It would be nice if there were towel holders next to the sinks and more hanging space for towels by the shower. If the shower door opened the other direction it would be more convenient to reach the towel rail too.

Our room was extremely comfortable. The staff was welcoming, and very attentive. We enjoyed a terrific traditional Bavarian Breakfast. Leavenworth is realistic Austrian/Bavarian village. The location for Solstice Suites is on the quiet side, very walkable to all of Leavenworth's best shops and restaurants. The hotel staff is very professional, not your typical pert-time hires. They are proud of their facility and it shows !

Location in the heart of everything , amenities especially loved the sauna, comfy beds, cozy fireplace! Loved the festive Christmas tree and decorations. Really set the tone!

Noticed I hole in the bottom of the freezer, which I only used the ice so wasn’t an inconvenience for me… however needs repaired. Also noticed a missing light switch by the front entrance, could be a good spot for Holden to stuff things in… could be dangerous. Clean otherwise.

Beautiful hotel, huge rooms, and as opposed to several of the highly ranked Leavenworth hotels that are are right on the main noisy highway slicing through Leavenworth, this is just a few blocks off on a very quiet street. So you will get a wonderful night’s sleep here.

It was a really nice surprise that breakfast was included with our stay! It was definitely on the lighter side, but everything was delicious.

The toilet being open to the main room through the shutters was a little odd. Granted, it was a little odd we had two couples in one room (it was all we could find in our budget).

The location was amazing, right downtown with easy walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The room was very cozy and had a great coffee selection! The staff went above and beyond to also return an item we accidentally left behind as well. Would definitely recommend!

The only amenity we felt would have been nice to have in our room was a microwave. Otherwise everything else was great!

The room was amazing. Loved the shower and all the space the room provided. Loved being able to buy a bottle of wine and dessert in town and then enjoy it on our own private patio.

A TV in the bedroom would be nice as the furniture in the living room area was not very cozy. We couldn't figure out how to turn the hallway light off. It was fine though as we just closed the bedroom door.

Clean, safe and convenient. Location was very close to city center.

Was a slight mixup in regards as to which suite was assigned for our stay. Normally would not matter to me but the suite was advertised as having a view of the city center and mountain. The suite we were put in ultimately was different than what was reserved on confirmation email and did not have a view. The view was of the roof of the building next door and the tree in-between the buildings. Noticed had we stayed in the suite on the confirmation we would have had the view as advertised. Other than that the staff was great the room was wonderful will definitely reccomend and likely to book in the future.

The bed was very comfortable. Great location, very close to the main shop area and everything I wanted to do. Enjoyed the waterfront walking paths along the Wenatchee River.

It would have been nice to have a microwave oven. One of the doors was squeaky - wouldn't hurt to WD-40 them from time to time.
