Clean property, great location, comfortable.

The parking video was confusing for people who are new or inexperienced in Leavenworth. I think a better way to communicate parking would be to provide a pin or an address for the parking lot or say “it is behind restaurant X”….the video was too hard to follow. A pin and a landmark would be sufficient. It was a stressful entry but everything else was great.

This place was just as described, clean, beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly want as well as amazing guest services. Having two large rooms with their own baths in the center of everything was such a treat and the balcony on the top floor was the perfect icing on the cake of our stay!!! 1000 stars too all of you 🌟🌟

Absolutely nothing!!

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere in down town. The room was comfortable, and having the kitchenette was nice.

We hab a problem with our toilet overflowing. We called the after hours help line and no one answered. It was fixes early in the morning when they got the messages we left, but we had a flooded bathroom for the night. There were noisy children in the room next door, running up and down the hall early in the morning.

Absolutely awesome suite, comfortable, a balcony overlooking the main square, great rooms and bathrooms, a functional kitchen, I really liked it and really loved the pillows. They had an elevator to go up to the floor that is hidden behind a store not related to the hotel that I know of.

It was pure hell trying to figure out how to get to the room. I was looking for an entrance and couldn't find it. Saw doors with coded locks but wasn't really sure if that was the access. After about an half hour we went around to the back and ran into an employee of the store in the front and they showed us where to go. Then we had to figure out how to unlock the door, and once we figured that out then we couldn't get the door to the room open and again luckily the housekeeper came to our rescue. Once all of that was done it went well, but we couldn't figure out how to call for assistance or where the main hotel if there is one is. Not having someplace to see someone or to get assistance is very nerve wracking.

Very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, plenty of towels, and absolutely best location and view! Highly recommend and will be staying at this location again.

It was nerve racking to wait on room code info when traveling. But when I called they were very helpful. And allowed us early entry into the building. Which was really cool

Our apartment was very spacious and the location was perfect

No elevator to the apartment only the equivalent of two flights of stairs up to the entrance. This can be very frustrating when you have suitcases and other luggage to bring up to the apartment!

Awesome location, beautiful updated apartment. Lots of pictures online available. Although no closet in the 2nd bedroom, a 2nd bathroom in that bedroom was a bonus. That being said, that bathroom is the only other bathroom outside of the main bedroom bathroom. Nice selection of kitchen dishes and all things kitchen, coffee maker is not single cup style but they provided free coffee. Electric fireplace provides nice ambiance without any hassle or danger of burning wood. Alma is the room with the balcony, right across from the town gazebo. Truly a magical experience for us!

Could have used paper towels and another reading light in the living room.

The room was very clean and worked well for our needs. The small kitchen had plates, cups and utensils which we used as we ordered meals to go and ate in the room.

One big concern was that after we booked, we looked more closely at photos of the room and had concern there was no window. We called and they informed us a window was added and the photos were outdated. The room did have a window so the photos should be updated.
