The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of all the shops and restaurants on Front St. and Commercial St. The property is small so there is ample private parking for all guestrooms. The room itself was large and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and plenty of towels and pillows. The beds are very cozy and comfortable

The rooms need blackout curtains as the existing curtains do not completely block out sunlight in the early morning. The pillows, while plentiful, are the extra soft ones that all hotels seem to have now, so they are not very comfortable and offer no head and neck support. I recommend bringing your own pillows if you are able to do so.

The room was very clean. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge and that was very nice. We enjoyed the jetted tub. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was so welcome!

An elevator would be nice for us older folks! I should have requested a room on the ground floor, which I didn't think of when I booked the room. I didn't find an ice machine, which would be nice as it was so warm.

We could hear the local hour/half-hour bells toll, which was quite beautiful and soothing. They did not toll past a certain hour, so that was good. The room was very clean ... in fact, it smelled quite strongly of bleach the first couple of days. The hotel is in town, a block from the main drag, and VERY close to Starbucks ... which was very convenient.

Though the bed was comfortable, the pillows were not quite right for us. Personal opinion. The strong bleach smell was a bit overpowering. Also, there was no dresser/chest of drawers in our room to put our clothes for 4 days. We had to keep them in our suitcases. Our room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Not so great on my 64 year-old knees.

The room was very nice, I had read reviews saying the place was dated but upon entering the room and checking everything out the place was more than modern. The double queen beds were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only complaint we had was the noisy people that stayed upstairs. They arrived in the room after we were already in bed and were very noisy. It sounded like someone was wearing steel toe boots and was running back and forth across the room. So, not the hotels fault but maybe the floor could use some soundproofing?

Check in was quick and easy and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was with a couple of blocks from main street but away from busy traffic. The room was nothing fancy but still it was comfortable.

Nothing really. The motel was basic, dated and, in my mind, a bit pricey but for being in Leavenworth WA, was still the best deal in town.

This is an older property but the rooms are in very good condition and you can tell that they really care about pleasing their customers. Much better than my expectations, the bed was great, the air conditioning worked properly, the bathroom was fine. For the money the single greatest deal in Leavenworth and would stay there again. Plus its location is right downtown so no need to pay for parking as you don't need to drive anywhere.

Very clean room, recently painted and updated, bathroom was spacious, and staff was friendly, location was great, easy to walk to all the places in town. There was plenty of room for parking and the front desk staff was very responsive.

Both bed mattresses need to be replaced as soon as possible. The middle of the matresses sunk in making them uncomfortable to sleep in. The upper left portion of the left window had a large gap so it became noisy at times from outside activity.

Bed was too tall for my 5’ wife, we had to get a step ladder from the office for my with to get into bed. Love seat and wooden office chair were both so very uncomfortable to sit in. Spending time in our room between events other than sleeping was not enjoyable as we couldn’t relax.

I don't know why the reviews say this hotel is "very good." It is a perfect balance of a hotel and a cozy bedroom. The walls are painted beautiful covers, there are wood or fake wood floors and stone, the bed was so comfortable! And, they even had a mattress topper on the bed for extra comfort! The pillows appeared to be down, but are likely to be down alternative I image. They certainly felt like quality down pillows. We slept so well, and when we walked directly out the door we were on the same block as downtown Leavenworth. My daughter and I are specifically seeking only to stay at this hotel the next time we come. The staff was soooooo nice too!

This wasn't a pain, but we didn't understand why the toiled was directly in front of the bathroom door because it hits your knees if you aren't careful and someone opens the door. But, we have no complaints, we just thought it was funny.

Very clean and well-appointed room, incredible location, staff was very friendly. I was just looking for a reasonable motel near town and got a much nicer stay than I expected. I’d happily come back.

The only thing to be aware of if you have a busy schedule is that it’s a relatively narrow check-in window between 4 PM and when the office closes (I think it was 8 PM the night I stayed). But we were walking around town sightseeing and it’s all so close that it was no trouble for one of us to head over and check in at 4.
